Their Pre-approval is dependant on your referrals answering the phone. They don't leave messages. I paid my deposit and scheduled a delivery. I waited all day and they called 30 mins before they close to tell me they can't deliver because none of my referrals answered. When I went to get a refund they couldn't give me my money back because they didn't have enough cash.

This rent a center location is the best one!! The people that work there are great and amazing! They call and check up after delivery. They ask how the set up is. I’ve rented at 5 or so rent a centers and by far this is the best service I’ve ever received from rent a center! I believe his name was Brian that set up our bed frame and he was super great! He even swept up after setting up the bed!

I have been working with Daniel for about a month trying to figure out what living room set I wanted. Each week he would text me pictures of sets he got in and no matter how many times I told him no he never gave up. I told him I wanted chocolate brown to match my current decor. Once he got what I wanted in he called me and had me set for immediate delivery. Great customer service and made sure I was getting what I wanted and set my payments to when and wanted I needed them to be. Thank You Daniel

The experience was incredible. Process was smooth, simple, fast and easy. All member were very friendly from managers to sales representative. Delivery was very simple and fast; Barry was our delivery guy and he was very polite and careful with our property. I would totally recommend this location.

I Been doing business with store manager for over 15 years can’t complain always treat us right. I always do the early purchase option most of my electronics and furniture came from Daniel and his store great quality. Definitely recommend doing business at this location manager and reps will always treat you right.

I’ve furnished my entire place through them, because you just can’t get great customer service like this everywhere.

Great team! I’m almost done paying off my brand new bedroom sets and electronic. Now that I was in search for new couches. I reached out to Rent-a-center on 19th Ave and Buckeyed rd. Man! Let me tell you how easy it was to select my couches, thanks to Adrianna & Karen they were very quick in getting my set. You guys rock!

Don't rent anything from these people!! Really bad customer service and their contract makes no sense. The contract starts the day you CALL and make the booking. Not from when the item is actually delivered to you. I called and booked an item to be dropped off a week later and they started the month from when I called and booked the item. I essentially paid for a week that I didn't even have the item. They refuse to help you in anyway. Their hours are impossible to make work with anyone working a regular 8-5pm job and they don't make any exceptions. Please do yourself a favor and don't rent from these guys! They're terrible.
