David Montez A1 service. Dude helped me with my bill and getting my services restored. Went out of his way to help. Will for sure be coming back to this store to when I upgrade my iPhones and AirPods.

We went in with my mom to try and fix her phone and Thomas was with us immediately and went so above and beyond to try and help us we can’t say enough about him. He was very knowledgeable, personable and even stayed late to try and help us (and wasn’t out to try and sell us anything). He was on the phone with technical support for nearly 2 hours and even though they couldn’t solve the problem, we were impressed by his (and the tech support person’s) commitment to customer service and his great attitude.

Came in for a phone upgrade, the personal here are helpful, polite and actually do care about the customers. I had been to 8 different Att stores (Including 2 corporate stores) in the area and so far the personal here were the most helpful, kind and got things done quickly. Hmm just switched family plans from t-mobile to at&t and already getting data usage warnings. Not cool. Never got one from t-mobile and I need my phone for work

I was greeted and helped immediately when I got through the door. The staff were very friendly and welcomed me to the AT&T family. I was able to switch carriers and get a new phone with no issues. Big thanks to Thomas for the help and making the process stress free and easy.

It was a great experience comparing to the other phone companies I’ve been, they explained everything in detail and were extremely thorough with all my questions, Thomas was the agent helping me but the manager came and talked to me to make sure I had all my questions answered. Overall if you want to switch phone service they can definitely help to do so. 🙏🏽

Employees greeted me at the door and was very friendly and professional. They no longer work with prepaid phones though. I buy one for each of my members who are senior citizens. it's too bad because I like in person service with the cell phone carrier that I'm doing business with.
