Hugo provided excellent service beyond expectations with great positive attitude. He is fully qualified and very knowledgeable with all products and services. We went in with my mom to try and fix her phone and Thomas was with us immediately and went so above and beyond to try and help us we can’t say enough about him. He was very knowledgeable, personable and even stayed late to try and help us (and wasn’t out to try and sell us anything). He was on the phone with technical support for nearly 2 hours and even though they couldn’t solve the problem, we were impressed by his (and the tech support person’s) commitment to customer service and his great attitude. ~James
