There was no wait. The staff members were very polite. They helped us update our plan. They got us in and out of the store very quickly. They were extremely knowledgeable about the plane they offer and the products they had in stock.

Prompt, pleasant and efficient service. I came to the store to upgrade my d phone (a blackberry, sniff) and the people in the store went above and beyond to help me choose the right phone for me and to help me transfer what I needed. I would give them a 10 if I could.by the way, this is the second time I have been here for a new device and they were just as great the other time too

Jacob Garrera is amazing .. we have a very demanding company and we depend on our phones for everything … after spending 3 hrs at a different AT&T and getting Nothing we decided to take our chances and try another location …And that’s where we ran into Jacob !!! Jacob was so professional and was so positive he had us taken care of in about 30 min ! Every AT&T should have an employee like Jacob as a matter of fact he should be a manager! Thanks Jacob for all your help!! Because of you we have decided to keep our Business account with AT&T

AT&T Near me paradise valley will sell you a large family plan promising HBO and great rates on international options but never deliver. Their bait and switch advertisement and promises wasted my time. I was told HBOGO came with our account via the ATT U-verse. When my account was created they asked for my email and said it didn’t need to be the same as the AT&T account. It does. Not only is it required but their system will not tell you the problem. It also doesn’t throw any flags for tech support. Just cutesy error messages that accomplish nothing. The manager Eric is useless. AT&T customer service suggested I speak to the store I purchased my plan from to solve this and the store points the finger back to corporate. I discovered the problem in their accounts only to be notified that the plan we are on doesn’t in fact include the plan promised. They want me to spend an additional $25 a month for the services. Not 1 rep in this store or in my numerous calls to customer service saw this. But they took me on a wild goose chase of terrible customer service and false advertising. My included review pics are the unhelpful error messages on their websites. AT&T seems to be systematically broken and willfully ripping customers off, top to bottom.
