Typically when I call to check on a prescription, I only have to wait a few minutes to talk to someone.... I called at 1pm, BEFORE they went to lunch. They didn't get to me before they went on lunch, fine I'll wait. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. Google live says right now they're less busy than usual. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF A PRESCRIPTION!

Got a narcotics prescription here i was missing pills. Called the pharmacist 3 days in a row each day they said they would call me back. Never called back. Finally they said they reviewed the film and they couldnt tell. Count your pills at the counter. Someone at this location is either super incompetent or is stealing medications from patients.

Terrible customer service from the Pharmacy located at the Glenwood location. My son had dental surgery and dropped off the pain prescription at 3:00 pm. Turns out that Walgreens doesn't fill Blue Cross of Idaho prescriptions. And here we are still waiting to hear back from them. He was continuously told that there is an issue with the insurance. We would have loved a call back if they were unable to fill it. Instead, we called the emergency dental number to get another prescription called in to someone that can help us. Shameful!

The pharmacy is horrible at refilling prescriptions, anytime I come in for a refill for example, suppose to be filled July 2nd of this month, don't get notifications when I'm signed up for text alerts. Come here to be told to take a loop around the store while they fill it, still not ready, then be told it's going to be another 15 minutes to fill it. This has only happened a handful of times before this I now see why they have a 2.9 rating.

Really efficient COVID testing protocol completed through their drive thru. Appointment required online, go through the drive thru and the self administered test is supervised through the window. The results are emailed within a few hours. Would absolutely recommend this location for all travel tests - just make sure you make your appointment online 72 hours before, because they fill up fast! (appointments don't seem to be available online prior to 72 hours and nobody picks up the phone at Walgreens).

Terrible.....out of the hospital after major surgery and took prescription to Walgreens for pain meds, finally after 2 days they will fill the prescription. Could you imagine, 2 days with intense pain. Never again will I use Walgreens for anything I need. Mike Eldredge

I can only vouch really for the pharmacy that's where most of my business is but they are Very efficient, quick, super nice staff and they know their business. they're very polite.

Very personable and kind pharmacy and checkout employees. I have some physical challenges shopping in a store however the Cashier helped me empty my cart and offered to call another employee who could help me to the car if needed.

My trip to this Walgreens was absolutely terrible and just inexcusable, I came in around 8pm and while shopping had to use the restroom, I was in the stall when a manager walks in to clean the restroom. I called out that someone in the stall and the man then continued to try to open the stall after I told him I was in there and I said louder that I was in the stall and the man grunted very load and stormed out of the bathroom and swung the door open so hard it hit the wall! Just saying that this is ok so an esishment to treat its paying customers.
