The day before I came was a holiday...on a Friday, so the line,on Saturday when they opened was long, out the door and into the cold. Took an hour to get my transaction completed. No drive thru service so freezing in the cold was only option. But once I got to the teller the transaction was very quick.

I use this branch all the time, and I feel that all the staff are friendly and always do their best to meet the needs of clients. Even though I went without a appointment twice due to my mistake, they helped without complaint. I would like to thank all the staff at this bank. You guys are excellent.

I have been doing business doing business with Bank America since 1992 and have always had a good Experance. They always go out of their way to help you. Others say they had a bad Experance but I never have.

I went to this bank this morning and as usual it took forever, there was only 2 people in front of me and I think I left 20 minutes later, if they did less gossiping maybe things would move a bit faster, the bank is a reflection of the manager, always slow.

The other day — There was an older shorter white lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) who right off the bat was very short with me. I was having problems with my card having come from out of state. She almost seemed reluctant help me. I wasn’t sure if it was because I didn’t have an account with BOA & was there because of my EDD card. I had to come back twice, the second time with a BOA customer service person on the line the whole time. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her and I was frustrated that she didn’t bother listening to anything I said about my situation at the start of the transaction. But after like 30 minutes of back and forth, and her being extremely short with me, she said “I can’t do that” then she pushed my cards/information back to me and gave me a blank stare and said nothing else as if silently prompting me to leave. I was irritated with how unhelpful and rude she was being. I recognize it was a weird situation and it wasn’t ultimately not her fault for not being able to help me. But basic manners would have been greatly appreciated. When I realized I wasn’t going to get any type of actual assistance from this branch, I picked up my things and even said “thank you”. That was silly of me. I didn’t mean it. I take it back.

Bank of America is one if worst financial institution around. I wouldnt even want to give them.one star bit had to to get this posted. Did you know they do not follow a standard process when handling your money. They have "people in the back office " determining which checks will clear in 3 days and which they want to place a hold on for 10days. They place a 10day hold one check but no hold on the 3 others that we deposited the same day. When opening an account with my sister they first said they couldn't then they call us back and said they could . When everything was opened we had to go back and had to sign more papers they forgot to give us. They dont care how long you have been a customer nor do they care about the mistakes they make. They dont follow established procedures and they place lengthy holds on your personal money. What are they doing ...earning interest on your money. I spent all day talking to a few of their "managers" and all they did was contradict themselves. Be very careful when dealing with them. If you can avoid it dont deal with them at all.

I have used the lobby services at this location three times and each time I was criticized for not using the mobile app to complete my transactions. I wanted to work with a person and get clarification because I had confusing or complicated transactions or questions. Going to be using another branch location because I find the staff to be dismissive, derogatory, and a little bit rude.

My father is incapable of handling his own finances, therefore I do. He had reset debit card pin and I was treated as if I was incompetent. They even questioned my identity by “is this actually your card, let me see the back” to show my name. Shame on you lady with glasses who belittled me.
