I spent almost 75.00 on a 16 piece bucket and ckn tenders meal, got home and half of my order was missing. The large mac and cheese had maybe 1 scoop in it and the chicken was old and very dry. Worst meal I've ever had. I will not be going back to the downtown Puyallup KFC. I highly suggest you find somewhere else to eat. This location has gone waay downhill. They will rip you off. You would seriously get better fried chicken and a grocery store deli.

Placed a catering order almost $400 a few days prior to pick up. When I went to go pick it up everything was packaged and ready! Food was warm and good. No Issues at all Thank you!!

This is the third time I have come and have some type of issue. I was not able to get my food. They have made multiple mistakes after I had specifically asked to make sure. Then staff was rude like I was in the wrong. This time I was told the system was down and the manager was far from helpful. I ordered on line then picked up my food. Manager should have recommended this option to other customers. Very disappointed 😞

You gotta be kiddin' me. We placed a timed order, online. Not only was it ready 15 min. late, they had no biscuits. We had to ask what they could give us instead. They reluctantly agreed to cookies. While we had to wait, we also asked for a small soda. They sraight up said no.

This place licks it! The staff is less than capable of even cleaning the restaurant let alone correctly making an order. They are just a bunch of screen monkeys that can only press a button on a register. Do your stomach a favor and fast before visiting this location. They are worse than the trash they put in the dumpster. Whoever runs this place needs to do some training or find a new Hobbie.

Rude people. I asked for some hot sauce and it was like I asked them the worst question alive. They immediately got defensive and said you have to pay 25 cents per one. I was like for hot sauce? Then they said yes I said ok ring it up. Then they gave me the wrong sauce I was like no the hot sauce and they said oh those are free I was like I know that. Then they said I was being rude. Like in what way is asking for sauce rude. Lol what trashy people.

Wow had to take my order back , I got a three piece meal only to find out once I left it was a 2 piece. Called but they never answered the phone after 8 straight calls I went back. Zero customers were there showed them my receipt and handed by bag to them she looks inside and ask do you another piece? Another employee comes and looks then the manager finally comes look in the box and at my receipt. We can give you a free meal on your next visit. Hmmm how about correct my order ? I'd like a new fresh order not another piece of chicken they did but guess what no utensil to eat with once I got to my destination. So I used the chicken bones for my side to eat with .😡

I've given this location multiple chances, but after my last I will not go back. 1. Everytime I order via the app it's not ready when it says it'll be ready so I end up waiting for another 5-10 minutes after my estimated time. 2. Everytime I walk in to get said orders I've stood at the counter for at least 2-3 minutes while multiple employees walk by without a greeting, asking if I've been helped, etc. 3. Everytime I've been inside this location there are multiple employees wearing earbuds and standing and/or walking around and appearing to be not working. My last visit I ordered via the app and arrived a few minutes before my order was estimated to be ready so I waited to go inside until I got the noticed it was complete. When I walked in, nobody was at the counter but there were about 7 employees I could see from the counter in the back, 3 of which walked by the front counter multiple times (all with some kind of ear bud in their ear) without 1 word to me. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for about 3 minutes, when I was finally acknowledged she asked my name and I informed her I had placed an order. She looked on her screen and turned back to talk to another girl who said they were waiting for more chicken. The gal turned back at me and stated it would be another 25 minutes, they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order. But according to the app it stated it was complete.

I ordered three famous bowls side of macaroni and some chicken, mind you I waited 30 minutes in line got home discovered none of my bowls had chicken or cheese. You can see I added cheese in one of the pictures. How do you forget the freaking chicken? This is like going to McDonald’s getting a big Mac with no meat!!! I understand being busy but this is sheer laziness

This restaurant is only takeout no dine in as of Sept 17,2021. We went through the Drive trough and the person working the drive through window was very calm and patient. We ordered a 10 piece bucket with all dark meat and half and half regular and crispy. We also asked for hot sauce, jam and honey. We got 8 pieces of all crispy chicken 4 which were white meat 2 wings and 2 breast, 2 out of the four biscuits were flat smashed, and lot butter and 1 pack of honey. We live on top of south hill and the fair is going on. So going back to get the stuff would be a hassle of a journey. We called 6X and with no luck of anyone picking the phone up. So we called customer service 800 # and spoke with Jace and he was very professional, and said he would pass the message to the manager of the restaurant and correct the problem. It is because of the person working the drive through window and of Mr Jace the customer service agent that I gave a 4 Star or else I would gave 2 stars or just 1.
