Me & Carlos go way back to when I was a little One. I was so excited hearing they were opening locations in Washington. Their Beyond Burgers are hands down one of the best things I have ever ate and I try so make sure pay them a visit a couple times a month. The staff at this location are always super kind! I have been here dozens of times and each time they are just so sweet.

I came in and looked at the menu, it was about 1:45pm on Sunday. In the span of less than five minutes, two different workers behind the desk told me to let them know when I was ready to order. The people working today were very courteous, even though there were only a couple other people sitting in the restaurant eating their food at the time I was there.

My experience was a disappointment. This my first time and was excited thought it was going to have delicious food.after ordering and received the bag first the fries was not hot they had been sitting for awhile,thought the hamburger would make up for the fries ,nope it didn't the hamburger also like been sitting in a warmer,it was not freshly cooked.the buns was squished and the hamburger meat was cold, dry and starting to harden from sitting.the price was $21.39 for that price it should of at least be fresh and hot.I felt scammed.for the price a definite rip off.

Burgers were all cold and cheese wasn't even melted worst first expensive ever. Why are you in business. Fries were also cold and not fresh.

Awesome food!!!! And absolutely wonderful service, which is hard to find in fast food these days. Super friendly staff that were full of personality and smiles. It definitely felt good to be there, I will definitely be back.

So disappointed.... It has been a while since I was at a Carl's Jr and it was not a good experience this time. I got the sourdough something or other burger and the in bread was mushy and soft when I feel like it should have been at least a little toasted/crispy. Not to mention that the actual flavors of the sourdough burger was not good and the only modification I made was no tomato. I will have no need to go back for a few more years until I forgot about this last experience and I try it again.

food safety should really give this place a visit. my burger patty and brisket was cold and my brothers burger had a paper still stuck to the patty. kitchen looks dirty. all the kids working here don't know what they are doing running around messing up orders. and not cooking meat to the temperature. cheese looked old and gross.

Great place, very clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed a double bacon beast, added onion rings on it; it's really good. Very very good. I grew up with Carl's Jr and it is pretty good variety of sandwiches that are definitely a meal in itself. Features: Everybody was respectful and cautious. Social distancing as well as many of the employees still have their mask on. In general I think it's a good mandate for restaurants to prevent any unexpected illness.

Worst experience I've ever had with fast food. Not only did it take them a long time to give us our food, the quality was disgusting. Food looked reheated. Burger was burnt, chicken was rock hard, fries were cold and hard and crisscut fries were green. Does not deserve even a one star.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at this location. We decided to go out for Carl’s Jr.’s tonight and I wish I didn’t. I ordered their bbq burger and a medium coke. Simple right? Well I didn’t get my fries. My burger is COMPLETELY WRONG and messy. My food was cold after being parked for 15 mins. I was looking forward to eating tonight but I guess I’ll try again tomorrow. Thanks for literally nothing.
