I couldn’t agree more with Marcela’s review (and, hers was 4 years ago, which makes her comments even more validating). I believe there are three owners and one in particular who is 100% never friendly. Although I don’t think it has to do with the color of your skin. I’ve been there many times over the years and often purchase hundreds of dollars in clothing for myself or my 26 yo daughter. When this person is there they LITERALLY never look up from the computer, never step out from behind the counter to ask if we need help. It’s incredibly insulting. And, important detail, not one other person was in the store until we decided to abandon our clothing this last time and just leave. We honestly could have lifted bags of clothes, she wouldn’t have noticed. Not really sure why she’s in business or why her sisters-in-law want her there because she seems to hate it.

I love this place. I went there looking for an outfit for ME to wear to a wedding shower and found one for my 13 year old too!! I wanted to buy all of it. And the jewelry is so unique and awesome!!! One of my very favorite stores of all time!!

I love this little boutique. She was very friendly and helped me put an outfit together. It reminded me of the boutiques in Nashville that I love. You never find the same clothes that everyone else is wearing from the chain stores. They have artesian jewlery too! Now you just need to get shoes and boots in there and it will be perfect! I go at least a few times a month :) and always walk out out with something.

I can't say enough great things about this store. I love shopping in a store where the clothes are organized by color. It is so much easier to find what I'm looking for. Michelle always has great recommendations. She encourages me to try on items I would never have picked out myself but have become some of my favorite pieces. Be sure to check out this hidden gem in Crystal Lake, your closet will thank you!

I had been wanting to write a review on this shop for a while but I never got the nerve to do it, I am not a negative person or I am in no way wanting to pick a fight.. but I am truly disappointed in this establishment. I go in to be greeted half hearted by who I am assuming is the owner, I don’t not feel at all welcome. I have been to the store a total of about 3 times.. one time of which I asked the owner if they could contact me if they got new shipments of an item I liked, I never received any information. The last time I went in there was fairly recent. I again was only greeted by the owners unenthusiastic “hello”, every step I took in that store I felt an uneasy feeling like I am being monitored, not feeling confident enough to touch anything for fear I am not “worthy” of the merchandise sold at this establishment. Soon four more women came in and they were greeted with a more bubblier side to this shop owner further giving me clarity that I understood what was happening here, not only was I being judged by the way I was dressed, but by the colors of my skin and my age... I once again walked out empty handed from this establishment. And I will no longer step foot in there.

Terrible experience. Went here for the first time today. There was one lady behind the counter with a short blonde Bob. Never said one word to me. No "can I help you" or "how are you today". And I don't think she said anything to anyone else either. No eye contact. Weird. Really bad customer service. Will never go back.
