Note, the store is super small, but they have a wide variety of products available to order, and the staff was helpful using an iPad to order items not available in store that will ship to my house. Not sure I will go back in since I can order from their website. Highly recommend! ~Trjbullmoose

First of all, I have to say this was one of the nicest Walgreens I've ever been in... The friendliness and efficiency of the Walgreens pharmacy staff was very impressive at the Route 31 Crystal Lake Walgreens location. Usually when I go to pharmacies, it's a very sterile environment and staff are very robotic. That was not the case at this pharmacy. I received my first Covid shot and needless to say I was a nervous wreck. I have never receive a shot anywhere except at a hospital. To my suprise the Pharmacist Andy was outstanding. He was very good at explaining everything and most importantly giving the shot. I wouldn't have known that I received it except for the fact that I watched him administer it in my arm.  Outstanding job - Big Kudos to the Pharmacist Andy. Pizza is very good, staff is friendly! My one complaint is that the tea has an odd smell and flavor. Maybe using tap water? Definitely should only use fresh/filtered water ~Tina

One of the last few real hardware stores with employees that understand their products. I am not sure what Beverly Ewert Adrian's issue was as I was greeted by at least 4 employees in the 10 seconds it took me to walk to the back of the store. She must look terrifying! Nicholas was incredible and custom cut and threaded some black pipe for me. Most don't understand this is a lost art in retail. Thanks for being there for me guys!!! <3 ~Kyle

We shopped around at local carpet stores when we replaced all the carpet in our home.We were able to purchase a high weight nylon carpet at a considerable savings. Home Depot send a measuring person out. We then returned to store to make final purchase based on the measurement and paid for the installers to move all the furniture as well.They use a sub contractor company for the carpet installation and did a very nice job. BEWARE!!! sub contractors gouged a large piece of furniture and we noted that on the receipt.Home Depot Crystal Lake, store personal resolved the issue over a couple months. I'm very happy we had Home Depot behind us. Because the sub contractor company they use would not return one phone call . ~bill

I needed ice for a party, and wasn't sure where to get it, but Jewel had it. The store is nice, a bit dated, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well lit. There wasn't a long line at checkout. It's located on the 1st floor, and handicapped parking and entryways are provided. Easy to see from the road. ~Rob

I understand all pizza huts are just bad. But this one is especially horrific. They consistently mess up orders or even on occasion don’t deliver it at all. You’re lucky if anyone answers the phone. If you’re craving Pizza Hut, because god knows this isn’t your go to pizza place, just don’t. ~Kierra

Doctor and manager were top-notch!!!! By far the very best experience I’ve had with an eye exam in decades! They were caring & knowledgeable. This is absolutely the best vision I’ve had in years due to the Doctors’ thoroughness and knowledge! I have been to many Optometrists over the years & my vision has never been quite right until now.
