I understand all pizza huts are just bad. But this one is especially horrific. They consistently mess up orders or even on occasion don’t deliver it at all. You’re lucky if anyone answers the phone. If you’re craving Pizza Hut, because god knows this isn’t your go to pizza place, just don’t.

As said multiple times delivery time is a joke. The manager has no clue what she’s doing. Ordered two pizzas and opted to pay cash and she transferred the delivery to Doordash since they only had one driver at the time. Thankfully for Pizza Hut a random DoorDash driver didn’t make off with their money as a newly clocked in driver brought it to me two hours later. Only reason I’m leaving this review is because 1. I called four times and was ignored every time 2. The delivery driver happily suggested I leave a review and complain as it was their last weekend with the company and she agreed with Gave them a (hopefully) nice tip for that advice Hire more drivers and stop blindly outsourcing your deliveries to third party companies that can’t be held accountable

Everyone posting here is exactly right: timely delivery is a MAJOR problem with this Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza for my son's birthday, and I called when it was already an hour late. The person I spoke to said it was GrubHub's fault, even though I had requested that Pizza Hut deliver it. She said numerous times that she wished her driver (a single driver?) were back to do the delivery. What made this all the more infuriating was that they never bothered to call to say the order would be delayed. I canceled the order 3 hours after placing it. (I placed this order 2 hours early to be sure it would arrive on time. So much for planning ahead :/ I may order from Pizza Hut again, but NEVER this one!!

Order was delivered almost 2 hours late with no communication from the store. It was shown as out for delivery 10 minutes after the order was placed. By the time it arrived we had already gone out, gotten other food, returned home, eaten, and gone to bed. 0 of 5 stars.

Negative Stars. We ordered our pizza at 5pm it is now 8:20pm and no pizza. Multiple calls to them without an answer. Multiple calls to corporate with hang ups when calling the local store. I was told that corporate could not cancel the order. Extremely frustrating!

Your product is delicious and always consistent. Your staff is kind and good natured. My last three orders for pick up I’ve talked to Paula (I think) in Crystal Lake IL and she is awesome. But all three of my last orders I’ve waited almost two hours for my pizza. I get that demand is high and I get that staffing issues are rampant (I work in recruitment) but maybe adjust your technology to accommodate staffing / production issues? Don’t tell me an hour for my pizza and then make me wait another hour in the car in front of the pick up store. I am a fairly consistent customer and I don’t mind the wait but it would be great if the tech could help me plot an appropriate timeframe for pickup.

The pizza was good. But there 1 employee on a Friday night. So instead of the 45 minutes to get my order. It took over 2hrs. I understand it is hard times but 1 staff member come on. I really hope she was getting paid like 4 employees wages.

We ordered our pizza an hour and a half ago. We got a text that our food was out for delivery over 30 minutes ago. We live 9 minutes away. The pizza is barely warm and we are re-heating. After reading similar reviews going back a year or more, I don't know how this business continues to offer this level of service. We usually order Dominos, but I was craving Pizza Hut (from my childhood). We won't be back unfortunately.

I was very excited when I saw Pizza hut was returning to Crystal Lake, even if it was carryout/delivery only. I've been buying from the West Dundee location a few times a year to satisfy the cheesy crust craving. Ordered for the first time today and will never be buying again. I ordered cheese sticks and it seriously looks like they made it with bread sticks with a little cheese sprinkled on and then into the oven for a few minutes. I posted a picture of what we got here versus what we've had as cheese sticks from pizza hut in the past. Thinking I was given the wrong item, I called them and they said they would bring the right item. We got the same yucky thing again. The pizza was edible but not better than that. The West Dundee location definitely makes their pizza better tasting. The cinnabon bites were three only truly good thing from my order. I paid way too much for what I got.
