Best clothing store in Crystal Lake, Illinois (IL) 2024

I couldn’t agree more with Marcela’s review (and, hers was 4 years ago, which makes her comments even more validating). I believe there are three owners and one in particular who is 100% never friendly. Although I don’t think it has to do with the color of your skin. I’ve been there many times over the years and often purchase hundreds of dollars in clothing for myself or my 26 yo daughter. When this person is there they LITERALLY never look up from the computer, never step out from behind the counter to ask if we need help. It’s incredibly insulting. And, important detail, not one other person was in the store until we decided to abandon our clothing this last time and just leave. We honestly could have lifted bags of clothes, she wouldn’t have noticed. Not really sure why she’s in business or why her sisters-in-law want her there because she seems to hate it. ~Mary
