Just your typical young rude people making you wait and not giving a thank you for anything bought. Managers can’t be their parents to teach them and if they try the snot nosed youngster quits and walks to another fast food place and is hired on the spot. So sad.

Absolutely the worst Drive thru I have ever been to. I waited for 30 mins behind only 2 cars just to have my order taken. The line did not move! Nobody took orders we all just waited. Finally someone takes the order for all of the 9 cars that built up while waiting...then we all proceed to wait another 45 mins for our food. I got up to the window and all you see is 4 guys in a huddle talking while struggling to get orders together. One of them had the audacity to fill the soda machine with ice while the now 15 cars waited for their food. This Burger King is unbelievably bad...the LLC that owns this isn't doing their job. Corporate should visit this location and shut it down, to staff with functioning employees . Parking: No open lobby

These absolute worst service ever and food. My mom came thru the drive thru! I had surgery this morning and my mom went to grab me food (7:35pm to be exact) and they not only gave me cold food (fridge cold) but the wrong food. Refused to answer the phone with no one occupying them and the shift lead was horrible to my mom (she’s elderly) another man was in the lobby reporting them when my mom tried to get the order fixed and she was brushed off like she didn’t know what she ordered. If my leg wasn’t in a brace I would have brought it back myself. My burger was so old the the meat and bread were completely stuck together (with no sauce on them) I ordered a big king and they gave her 3 COLD whopper jrs with cheese but charged me for a different sandwich that I actually wanted. I want my money back so I’ll continuously call until I get a store manager. This is I believe the health department should be involved because these sandwich’s have a limited amount of time they can sit before the meat is supposed to be disposed of. It deserves negative starts.

Absolute trash. Half of the time they're closed (with all the lights/signs left on, no update to their hours) and when they are open the food is cold and your order is wrong. Worst BK I've ever been to.

Will never return to this location. The 730 pm 9/6/22 employees here on top of being unable to preform simple basic functions we’re rude to literally every customer. For me because I made the mistake of asking for another item without pickles was given a jam packed chicken jr full of pickles on purpose (this item has never had pickles). Like 10 pickles and no lettuce. Fine it’s whatever just won’t come back & glad I can be apart of the process it takes for your employees to achieve their life goal of getting back on unemployment.

This location has gone down hill. I just spent $15.81 for a new chicken sandwich meal and some mozzarella sticks. The only tasty part was the root beer. Sandwich was cold. No effort to even run it through a microwave to trick the buyer. Fries were cold and stale. Mozzarella sticks have no flavors and no sauce for them. Glad I got a couple Royal perks for this but I’ll go to Canyon rd or Graham location for better tasting food and quality.

My family is moving and the movers had come to pack the house, they had been working all day and we thought it would be nice to provide lunch! Consensus said Burger King was the option and so we set off to grab 8 meals for everyone. Upon arrival the place was neat and tidy, the woman at the register Emily, was very helpful, answered all of our questions and even brought over a coupon sheet so we could save a little money on 8 whoppers with cheese. She helped us upgrade to medium meals and overall was very patient and helpful! Since the meals were for separate people in different parts of the house, it would be easier to hand it out if they were bagged individually. Josh, who also works there was so quick to help do that and overall treated us like any other customer. Even though we had such a large obnoxious order! We accidentally used all the ice in the machine and without missing a beat they quickly refilled it and in the meantime filled our cups with ice from the drive through! Everyo

I am extremely disappointed in the service here. My fiancee and I waited in line for 2 impossible burgers for 20 minutes. When we asked for a discount, nope. When we asked for them to toss 1 fry in the bag the reply from the young but large curly haired guy, "everybody's waiting". The manager who wore a black button up apologized to us but said our order got messed up and they were re-making it. Our burgers were cold. So... very unprofessional. I will never visit this bk again and I don't expect it to stay open for much longer with service like that.

Missing spicy chicken from drive through order and no receipt given...... so "unfortunately we can't do anything without a receipt " to correct the missing food. The solution of "You can talk to the regional manager when he gets here at 5" doesn't work for me either. Not even worth the hassle now to get the food, but worth the hassle now to rate the location at 1 star. Unfortunate sequence of events. Window guy was nice, just can't get this resolved easily over the phone apparently.
