I ordered three famous bowls side of macaroni and some chicken, mind you I waited 30 minutes in line got home discovered none of my bowls had chicken or cheese. You can see I added cheese in one of the pictures. How do you forget the freaking chicken? This is like going to McDonald’s getting a big Mac with no meat!!! I understand being busy but this is sheer laziness ~BC_

I am reviewing the sales department of Larson, Justin Smith. I have now bought two vehicles from Justin because his level of concern and detail to the consumer is exceptional. After I bought my first vehicle, I was blown away at how much work he did to get me a price I was comfortable with, the exact model I wanted, constant communication and updates, and his concern for me to make sure I am comfortable and if I needed anything. Everyone knows Justin is a huge Seahawks fan and he knows I am a Bills fan, however he still treated me like family and never passed judgement! So I returned for another vehicle and he helped me with trading my old vehicle in, found the vehicle I wanted and the price was a little too high. Without hesitate he went and spoke with back office and came back with the price I needed and wanted and even let me take the vehicle home and bring the trade in back later since my wife was with me and didn’t want to sit around while I signed paperwork. I hopefully won’t need to purchase another car anytime soon but when I do, it will be from Justin. ~Matthew

They will tell you oakleys are scratch resistant when they are really not mine had fine scratches on first week I wore them ,tried to return them and they would not exchange only offered 50 percent off next pair. ~anthony

Didn't know it at first, but had a new stylist doing my grandsons hair. Figured something was wrong when a man had to go help her and she was going very slow. He ended up with uneven hair in front which I had to fix when we got home cuz I didn't realize it at first and patches in the back of his head. She's not ready to be left alone! We specifically went there because they had good reviews. ~Wanda

Great place, very clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed a double bacon beast, added onion rings on it; it's really good. Very very good. I grew up with Carl's Jr and it is pretty good variety of sandwiches that are definitely a meal in itself. Features: Everybody was respectful and cautious. Social distancing as well as many of the employees still have their mask on. In general I think it's a good mandate for restaurants to prevent any unexpected illness. ~Danny

Love this place. I used to pass it all the time and said I'd stop in and kept forgetting. Finally did and now I keep going back. They have great food options, the staff is always friendly and welcoming and remembers my oddball order. Prices are reasonable. Missing spicy chicken from drive through order and no receipt given...... so "unfortunately we can't do anything without a receipt " to correct the missing food. The solution of "You can talk to the regional manager when he gets here at 5" doesn't work for me either. Not even worth the hassle now to get the food, but worth the hassle now to rate the location at 1 star. Unfortunate sequence of events. Window guy was nice, just can't get this resolved easily over the phone apparently. ~RC

12/26/2021 It was the day after Christmas and it was snowing like crazy. The drive thru line was long because the lobby was closed. But I only waited 9 minutes to order and get my food. I ordered a sour cream and chive potato. It was baked perfectly and hit the spot on a cold day! ~Undercover

Ordered two chicken sandwich meals. Got 2 VERY SMALL orders of fries that obviously have been sitting A while...yuck. Seriously there was maybe 20 fries combining the meals. The chicken sandwich was hard and not hot. Couldn't go inside because the lobby was closed. Was not waiting 20 more minutes in while. What a waste of $20. NEVER AGAIN. ~Janel
