I had the greatest experience ever. This is the third time I go to Larson Jeep for a vehicle and like every time, they never disappoint. Joseph was my sales person and he was beyond amazing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! I bought Toyota Tacoma and had a horrible experience. I told them it was my 1st time at a dealership and they took full advantage of that. Their finance guy by the name of Moshi is an absolute con artist. He tells you one thing but his bosses another! He told me that the only way to get a lower interest rate was to take on the warranty otherwise I would have a huge interest rate. With how shady this dealership is I guess he fits right in. I’ve expressed my concerns to the dealership and they took it as a joke and just tip toe around but won’t actually do anything. And yo too all this off I got out of my truck this morning and noticed it’s LEAKING OIL!!!! The truck sat for maybe a min and already had a little puddle under it. It leaks more I’ve noticed and I plan on uploading more pictures. Please don’t make the mistake I did on coming here Absolute joke of a company!!!!!!!

This Tahoe caught our eye as we were driving by the Puyallup Larson. We decided to just turn around and stop in to “look” at the vehicle…Since we had been to multiple prior dealerships and never felt they were in the best interest of “us”… so didn’t really want to have contact by a salesman at this point…due to feeling bitter from most interactions. Then this friendly smile came out to unlock the Tahoe for us and just let us admire it…never once being pushy or asking us to come inside. Just felt like a friend was with us as we got to know one another and talk about how nice the Tahoe was. Nate Blair was the name of the Salesman we worked with, however, I wouldn’t even categorize him as a “salesman” … he deserves so much more than that…He was so kind-hearted, caring, friendly and genuinely listened. Never once expected us to buy the vehicle. He went above and beyond and it couldn’t have been a better experience for us…we will always have the memory of purchasing this vehicle from not only Nate but the Larson brand itself. I need to mention Jake in finance, who also was easy to talk to and made signing papers a breeze. We laughed and shared stories and learned a few finance things from him, as well. Larson just felt like a large extended family to us and am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced in the future just to say Hello! I will always recommend Larson to my friends, family, and coworkers!

This is the second truck I have purchased from Larson Dodge/Ram from Justin Smith specifically. The first was in 2020 when I purchased a brand new 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn, the second in Feb 2022, purchasing a 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie. Both experiences I worked with Justin Smith (Sales) and Myshel Brandenburg (Finance). Both experiences were smooth, comfortable and FUN! Justin will work with you to find the best option for your needs and within your financial parameters. He will also make it an experience you don't DREAD, like most other car buying experiences. This second purchase, I had the pleasure of also working with his wife, Jelena Smith, where she assisted in the process and shared lovely conversation (and we got to meet their adorable pup Smoky!). When sitting down with Myshel for finance docs, both occasions she was accommodating, professional, and went out of her way to find me the absolte best rates and the best payments to set me up for success. She is just a lovely woman who does good unto others, including myself...and she remembered me BY NAME when my application came across her desk almost two years later! I am reviewing the sales department of Larson, Justin Smith. I have now bought two vehicles from Justin because his level of concern and detail to the consumer is exceptional. After I bought my first vehicle, I was blown away at how much work he did to get me a price I was comfortable with, the exact model I wanted, constant communication and updates, and his concern for me to make sure I am comfortable and if I needed anything. Everyone knows Justin is a huge Seahawks fan and he knows I am a Bills fan, however he still treated me like family and never passed judgement! So I returned for another vehicle and he helped me with trading my old vehicle in, found the vehicle I wanted and the price was a little too high. Without hesitate he went and spoke with back office and came back with the price I needed and wanted and even let me take the vehicle home and bring the trade in back later since my wife was with me and didn’t want to sit around while I signed paperwork. I hopefully won’t need to purchase another car anytime soon but when I do, it will be from Justin.
