I was badly in need of a haircut. Booking on line was smooth, although they are good with walk-ins, too. Within 8 minutes, I was seated in Ashley's station, explaining the extra short, choppy cut I wanted, showing her a few photos on my phone. She went right to work, snipping off a good 4-5" of "overgrowth," and was done in no time. Ashley gave me the best cut I've had in 20 years. She was amazingly kind and considerate. Ashley, you have a new client for life!

Stopped in for a quick haircut and the stylist was super helpful at explaining how to have healthier hair and what I could do going forward and even offered recommendations and product suggestions for services they didn’t offer there which was helpful. East online check in process. Definitely my go to for a quick trim.

After checking in on their online booking system I was instructed by text to enter the establishment. After entering I was passed over by 2 different hair stylists. The first one I let it go thinking it isn't a big deal I still had time to get a hair cut and go back to work. But the second time it happend the gentleman (hair [Asian American] stylist) was walking around the store and went to look at the next patient then continued to walk around. Then a younger gentleman (also Asian American) came in. A woman hair stylist went to greet the gentleman but the aforementioned hair stylist jogged from the back of the store to the front to greet the customer. The gentleman explained that he didn't have a appointment but the hair stylists gestured him over to a chair. To add some context there was 2 other gentleman and 1 woman all waiting for their turn. After that happened I left since it was obvious that the staff were not honoring their waiting queue.

I had a bad experience the first time around but the manager reached out and I was able to come in and get my hair fixed. Customer service was great and it was overall a good experience. Husband got his hair touched up while I did mine and said “this is my new favorite place”. Service: Haircut

I'm sorry to say worst haircut I've ever had she literally butchered my hair I had to go someplace else and have it fixed 😞

Didn't know it at first, but had a new stylist doing my grandsons hair. Figured something was wrong when a man had to go help her and she was going very slow. He ended up with uneven hair in front which I had to fix when we got home cuz I didn't realize it at first and patches in the back of his head. She's not ready to be left alone! We specifically went there because they had good reviews.

I have never had such a bad haircut. I went in with a reference photo of a shaggy bob that was wavy. I've had that haircut before. My hair was cut so short that it will take 2 to 5 months to be able to do that haircut now... I wanted 2 inches cut and she took 4 to 5. Taylor is who did my haircut. I recommend not going to this location. If you do request to not have her. The manager cleaned up my neck because that's how much Taylor butchered my hair and she didn't even do it neatly. My hair is heinous and embarrassing. Shame on great clips for employeeing someone this careless at her job. Taylor's impact on my life is lasting and very negative. Services: Curly hair, Haircut

Maria asked what I wanted told her layered and thinned out hair. I don’t think she layered it she thinned it out a little and didn’t even blend my bangs into hair cut. Didn’t talk to me except to ask what I wanted and also used clippers to cut back if hair to the length? Never had that before. I will not go back again to this corporation. Horrible and not happy!!!
