*update: no hard feelings (except that my hair is still way shorter than I ever wanted and it’s taking forever to grow) but don’t waste your time calling the great clips customer service line. Nothing will come of it and you’ll just be wasting your time. As the customer service rep suggested below, I called and was on hold for awhile, so opted to email. I got a reply saying someone would get in touch with me— no one ever did. Oh man, what a hatchet job on my hair. Normally I go to Vanity salon, but I couldn’t get an appt for four months so tried here. I asked for a trim and I asked for them to maintain the subtle layers I already had. What I got was a weird over-grown mullet. Needless to say, I’m horrified and I have an appt in one week at a different salon so they can fix this mess. I’m sure if you're just looking for a super-basic blunt cut, this place is fine. Also, I’m sure it depends on the employee you get. I had an appt with Viktorya. Hope this helps! Service: Haircut

Hit or miss on quality of cut. Electric trimmer cut my ear and left slash in "fade." Prices have gone up 32% in last year. Will be looking for a better quality, more reasonable shop. Service: Haircut

The worst experience I've ever had at a salon, I asked her to only cut the back a little shorter to give me like a long a line bob and she went around and cut the rest of my hair off. I wanted it to be around my shoulders and it doesn't even reach my chin. She left one side longer then the other and I didn't want to correct her any further in fear that I'd lose the rest of the hair I had left, and end up with a pixy cut. I'm traumatized, I asked for half and inch and she took like 3 inches off. (I didn't catch her name but she was and older black woman with short hair) maybe the other employees are better but she definitely messed me up.

The salon is clean and stylists friendly. Checking in on their app is a good idea. The cuts have been satisfactory. I have a personal favorite. I'm sure you'll find one too.

Great price, great service. Haircut took about 15 to 20mn. No frill service, no shampoo, no blow dry, no styling. But that's OK with me since i always style my hair myself when I get home anyway. The stylist did an OK cut, although not enough layers like I'd like but she happily cut more layers when i asked. So all in all I'm not complaining. It's a great price for an OK haircut. I've paid a lot more else where for really bad cuts!! I'd definitely go back.

Haircut is different every time with everyone having a different style of cutting. Forcing people to check in online seems to be making the wait better, but an advertising campaign about this change I think would have improved the transition for customers. Employees are nice and the location is good.
