We had our wedding here and everything was just beautiful. Only thing that was dissappointing was that the guy that supervised the areas wanted us to be out of the place by 9pm. When we paid we were told to have music and guests out at 10pm and place to be cleaned and locked up by 11pm. Was very disappointed because we paid a good amount for the place. Either than that. If you call after 1030 am, you will wait on hold for over 20minutes. I made the mistake of hanging up and calling back in and my second hold has now reached 21minutes. Would be quicker to just walk in if you're short on time. Would be better to use a different pharmacy if you're insurance will allow it. ~Teeresa

While I did end up going with another jeweler just because of my limited budget, their pricing was competitive & I appreciated the time they took to talk to me & how detailed they were. *update: no hard feelings (except that my hair is still way shorter than I ever wanted and it’s taking forever to grow) but don’t waste your time calling the great clips customer service line. Nothing will come of it and you’ll just be wasting your time. As the customer service rep suggested below, I called and was on hold for awhile, so opted to email. I got a reply saying someone would get in touch with me— no one ever did. Oh man, what a hatchet job on my hair. Normally I go to Vanity salon, but I couldn’t get an appt for four months so tried here. I asked for a trim and I asked for them to maintain the subtle layers I already had. What I got was a weird over-grown mullet. Needless to say, I’m horrified and I have an appt in one week at a different salon so they can fix this mess. I’m sure if you're just looking for a super-basic blunt cut, this place is fine. Also, I’m sure it depends on the employee you get. I had an appt with Viktorya. Hope this helps! I bought an evening dress here for my brother's wedding. Staff were super helpful. Even though I didn't make an appointment and just showed up, but there were 3 people helping me to try so many different dresses. Nadine is the owner and one of the designers. She is super talented and I LOVED most of their dresses. It's a bit pricey but they have a very beautiful selection. I ended up buying a dress I absolutely loved.
