Met with a jeweler I felt like they did a good job with the specs I gave them of what I wanted. But I didn't like any of the emeralds and asked for slightly more expensive ones and then after. A couple days searching they blew me off and said they couldn't find any. Ok

I reached out to Comstock & spoke with Sara over the phone wanting to get pricing on a specific setting. Sara was super nice over the phone & quickly provided me with very detailed pricing along with multiple options via email. While I did end up going with another jeweler just because of my limited budget, their pricing was competitive & I appreciated the time they took to talk to me & how detailed they were. Thank you Sara for all your help & I’ll definitely be sure to reach out again in the future.

I was looking for a specific style wedding band, it had to be in Platinum and it had to be simple. As you know if you follow me I prefer to shop local and I prefer to shop small. I support the independent local businesses that support us! Blue Herron in Poulsbo didn’t have what I wanted and so I took a ferry to Edmonds (a favorite real town). They have two jewelry shops both were very nice and helpful - the owner of Comstock showed me the piece that immediately I knew was what I wanted!

My experience start to finish was excellent! They are professional, personal, and very reasonable. The purpose of my visit was to fix the prongs that hold up my diamond on my engagement ring. Erin is whom I spoke with and I was blown away by what started out as a standard fix of two prongs to ending with setting my diamond lower in my band to where I have always wanted it! This only happened because she listened to me share about how I have always wanted it to look and why. When I picked up my ring my jaw dropped and my eyes watered. It was beautiful and how I have always wanted it. Thank you Comstock!

Updated: After several trips for various repairs and cleanings we decided it was time to re-create my ring to have it built to last. My husband and I worked closely with Sarah G. and through the whole process she was very communicative and open to feed back on the custom ring we were building. When Sarah was unavailable Erin was also a great help! The end product is perfect and I’m beyond happy we went the route of starting fresh with Comstock and Sarah! The attention to detail, consistent communication, and virtual renderings of possible ideas is what sets Comstock apart from other jewelers. I have plans for other things I want to work on with them in the future. I’m attaching a photo of the finished ring on the ring finger, the wedding band is on the other finger and are from elsewhere for years ago. I recommend the store & Sarah G to everyone I talk to about my ring! Original: We love Comstock! They are so friendly and offer great service. I have a non-traditional ring, that I love more than any other ring I’ve seen. So many other places I’ve went before finding Comstock were quite judgmental and looked down on me for this. When I found Comstock I was hoping for a better experience, and it truly was! I will never go to another jeweler. They treat me and my ring like any other traditional ring, and they understand the love and sentimental value I have for my ring. They also so many beautiful pieces they have in the store I always admire whenever I’m in. Comstock will have mine and my husband’s business forever, and I will always recommend them to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience with Comstock Jewelers! Due to an arthritic condition in my hands, I’ve not been able to wear my beautiful wedding ring set. There had to be a better solution than just re-sizing, in order to go over the knuckle, and stay in place, once on. They quickly came to the solution of not only re-sizing, but placing a temporary inside sizer. It now fits beautifully, and looks beautiful! Comstock Jewelers was wonderful in every way, and my end result far exceeded my expectations! Thank-you Comstock Jewelers!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Comstock Jewelers. The swiftness, kindness and overall knowledge from the staff made my experience quite easy and kinda fun for someone who knows next to nothing when it comes to jewelry. I am happy with my purchase and I'm glad to support a local business here in Edmonds. I will definitely keep Comstock Jewelers in mind when it's time to get more of those "lady's best friends". I will also highly recommend Comstock Jewelers to any and all of my friends who are in need to get engagement rings/jewelry in general whenever the time comes.

Brian and Erin know so much about fine jewelry and really take the time to ensure that the customer has a positive experience. I was helped right away. Very pleasant young woman waited on me. She gave me a receipt describing my ring and a price estimate for the repair.I was called when ring was ready. Price for repair of ring was much less than expected. It was an overall good experience.

I found Comstock based on the reviews of two of my co-workers and they are conveniently located just around the corner from my work. I had always (mistakenly) assumed local jewelers only catered to more high-end clients so I never really gave them a thought before. For our 10 year anniversary, I decided to see what would be involved to do a re-size and maybe a different setting for my traditional solitaire. After having only dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers in the past, I was blown away by the amazing customer service (Erin! You are a gem to work with!!), and never once did I feel pressured to upgrade/trade-in (something that always bothered me every time I went into FMJ in the past). I wasn't really sure what exactly I wanted other than something a little more low set since I was constantly knocking my higher setting on things. Erin was so sweet, offered amazing options and was so patient. I never felt like my project was beneath them or not expensive enough for their attention. I will never ever go back to a big chain jeweler and highly recommend Comstock for their enthusiasm and willingness to work on a smaller project like mine and still treating me with the highest level of customer service. Not to mention I'm so incredibly happy with my ring. It feels brand new again and I find myself looking at it all the time! I cannot recommend them enough!
