Very high quality timepieces and very patient staff. They have an expert in house watch maker that is Rolex certified and you can rest assured that every timepiece they carry on stock is not only top notch but at a fair price. I will come back from time to time to see new timepieces they offer. PS : I have been an off again on again window shopper of theirs for else weal years and my visiting the store did not affect their treatment of me. They trust that their customers will eventually come around and offer a purchase and the customers when ready will come around because they are literally the best place to come for Rolex in the Eastside and maybe even all of Seattle. Earlier in the week I saw a listing for a watch I was interested in (Grand Seiko Snowflake) and located their website. As it was after hours, I decided to leave my info with the chat bot assistant fully expecting to be contacted the following day. To my surprise I was contacted via text within a few minutes by Austin. Austin took the time to promptly and thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding the condition of the watch, shipping and pricing. A few messages later I found myself completing the purchase. Our conversation concluded with Austin inquiring about my wrist size for bracelet sizing and mentioning that a tracking number would be provided the following day. Two days later I received the watch in the exact condition described and with perfect sizing. It was even set to the correct date and time zone! I’ve purchased many watches from out of state sellers before but this was the first time I’ve ever had it set to my time zone. A nice touch. I could not be more pleased with the watch and the service. I would gladly do business with Austin and his company again! Highly recommend!

Outstanding jeweler and watch store - One of the best premium collections in the Pacific Northwest. Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Breitling - They've got it all. Prices are among the very best, too. Ask for Austin - You'll find him to be a real watch guy, with a deep knowledge of premium stuff, and just great to work with as well. Scored a phenomenal Tudor Black Bay Heritage from these pros, and couldn't be happier. Recommended!

Porcello made it easy to browse and shop. I was helped by David Duran. Upon walking in, I expressed interest in a time piece that I had been eyeing for a while now. They are present online and social media, so I knew they had the one I wanted. David was very helpful and informative. From walking in to walking out, he was there for the customer. I was in the market for my very first luxury time piece, and I was treated like a valued customer which was nice compared to other big name jewelry stores I visited. Prices are great here. Staff is friendly. Selection is huge. I will definitely be returning to Porcello’s for future purchases and recommend anyone starting their watch journey to give them a visit!

Fantastic customer service I negotiated and purchased a watch over email with Kalyn. She sent extra photographs and was very responsive and I received the watch in 2 days and was even better in the flesh than the photos made out. Very pleased and would highly recommend Porcellos even if you are out of state. 5* company!!
