Their return exchange policy is far from clear and satisfactory. If you buy anything during their promotions be careful. Even though the receipt will not have anything related to not being able to return or exchange, they didn’t exchange something I wanted to. When asked as to why not they simply said because the exchange had to be done during the promotion period but the receipt doesn’t say anything about that. Customer service just sucks. They need to do better. Not going back here. ~Meenal
