Their return exchange policy is far from clear and satisfactory. If you buy anything during their promotions be careful. Even though the receipt will not have anything related to not being able to return or exchange, they didn’t exchange something I wanted to. When asked as to why not they simply said because the exchange had to be done during the promotion period but the receipt doesn’t say anything about that. Customer service just sucks. They need to do better. Not going back here.

My mom and I visited Seattle a few day ago and we went to buy my Seattle charm at the Bellevue location. They did not have it in stock but the manager Ana Lungu was so nice and provided such nice customer service. She had the charm shipped to us for free. She redesigned my bracelet and cleaned it and we ended up having so much fun in the store with her. She also kept me posted on the package status and overall I have to say this is the best experience I ever had at Pandora. Thank you Ana, we will definitely visit you when we come back to Seattle

I had time to kill before my appointment at the Apple store so I decided to go into this store looking for some cute jewelry. The lady who served me was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to show me some earrings and ask me thoughtful questions. The cherry on top was she found out that I’m hard of hearing and fluent in American sign language and it happens that her mother is deaf. Wonderful coincidence!

This store is so clean and they follow all the safety rules that the state has in place, they sanitize everything you touch (southcenter storeis dirty). The manager was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped us pick a birthday gift and I will for sure come back and shop at this store again.

Had a very nice experience at Christmas time at this store. They acknowledged us in the line and the team was very helpful. I came back to shop for a gift in January and I was helped immediately and the sales associate had very nice recommendations for me.

Really bad service. The seller cheats on the promotion information in order to make us buy more. This let us feel suck. Also do not provide boxes for us. I must mention that this seller is a white woman with long hair. Although not ugly the appearance, but her heart is dark. The altitude is really bad. I don’t want to say any word with such guy any more.

I went in to ask about returning or exchanging an item that I had purchased online. When I went in, all three attendants were busy with other customers. I waited over ten minutes just standing there and not one of those women even acknowledged me. I understand that they were busy, but a simple "we'll be with your shortly!" would have been better than them randomly and awkwardly making eye contact with me and acting like I was an inconvenience. Just acknowledge that your customer is there! I wouldn't have minded waiting if they hadn't been so rude. I decided to mail back my item instead of exchanging it. I don't need to be bothered with poor customer service.
