We spent three hours in the store yesterday buying $500 in shoes. 45 minutes was spent waiting in line to check out. 30 minutes to actually check out and then to my surprise I get up this morning to get ready for work after throwing out my old work shoes to find that they gave me and my wife mismatched sizes. We now had no shoes to wear to work and ruined my going out shoes because we had no choice but to wear our going out shoes due to the fact that they not only once but twice on two different pairs of shoes gave us mismatched shoes. I just went back in and they offered nothing for my wasted time and ruined dress shoes because of there inability not once but twice to match shoe sizes correctly. I wanted to buy two more pairs of 100 dollar shoes but am so upset that they couldn't even offer me 10 dollars off my next purchase after costing me two pairs of shoes ruined from working in them, my time spent to fix the mistake and overall bad customer service. I am so let down!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of Fila for my son.. Delivery driver left them at neighbors door and they claimed it was their package, so We didn't get Fila's GOT ROBBED no shoes no replacement contacted Customer Service and all they could do was refund me 10$ from 107, had to reorder let's see what happens now.. Terrible Customer Service blamed it all on Fed Ex

It seems to be a common practice here to show the price of one style of shoe and charge a higher price for something slightly different located someplace else, sneaky sales practice. I guess we need to reas the fine print.

Decent selection and fair prices. They rang up a different price (higher of course) and I had to ask them to verify the price. They then charged me the lower, correct, price. Sneaky.

I was trying to buy some really nice none slick shoes and waited at the register and no one came and cashed me out, so I just put the shoes back and bought shoes at Walmart lol

The wait time to check out was lengthy. Only one register in use, while other employees were milling around. Overall, it was about what was happening at other stores. Today, after Christmas, I was waited on right away. The employee was wonderful.

We wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes for my son and daughter for back to school. Two of the 3 pairs they couldn’t even find the right shoe for because they keep only 1 of the 2 shoes in the box so after charging me 80$ on my card then they told me they couldn’t find them so now it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t seen a refund on my card. This place is a joke. No to mention the time they left a security button on one of my pairs of shoes and I had to come back just so they can remove it. They even had the nerve to ask for a receipt before they remove it.
