I miss Shopko in general so I’m happy they kept the optical portion open. I’ve see my Optometrist for years and I love her. Very thorough and professional. The technicians are great; however, I have had some issues with my transition lenses not lining up as best they could. They always have made it right though. Prices are decent and they do have sales quite often.

Dr. B is amazing!! Every year I have my check-up, she is just as wonderful as she was before. She is so caring an attentive. The technicians are also always so pleasant and helpful!!

Very friendly staff. Helpful in selecting frames. Recommend taking care of customers waiting in line for appointments versus answering the phone and making appointments. This went on for 10 minutes before I was waited on for my scheduled appointment

I purchased a new pair of glasses and was helped by Pam. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the frames. My order was written up with current promotional discount and I received my glasses quickly. She adjusted them, even replacing the nose pieces for a better fit. I would highly recommend Pam and Shopko Optical to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses.
