I have been going here for a few years and everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and asked how I am and such. One of their workers even spent about a half hour with me just to find the right glasses for me! I am so appreciative of the customer service at this eye clinic!

I was greeted as I entered the office and encouraged to look at frames until the doctor was ready for me, which I did. I found the doctor very nice. He explained everything to me with regard to the exam and with regard to my results. I then went back to the frame room where I browsed until the optician came over to help me. The optician was great. I received an honest opinion when I asked and found frames I really liked. I was also assured that Medicare, AARP and the current Shopko sale would be looked into to see what would benefit me most. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit the Shopko Optical on Oneida St.

They even let them see my eyeballs on the screen and showed them what they were doing. They were informative and helpful. I appreciated that the prices were within my range.

The guy we worked with was very slow and didn't say much of anything. Hard to know what was going on. Slightly disappointed from my last visit. Need more client interaction. Great selection on glasses though.

I was disappointed because I was never asked if I wanted lined bifocals or progressive at my appointment. The technician didn't ask many questions... she just looked at computer screen and must have automatically repeated what they did at ShopKo 3 years ago when I didnt understand what progressive or lined lenses meant. I went to a different place last year and we had a discussion about what line or progressive lenses meant. Now I'm back to the line and it's not the same. I do take responsibility for not asking for progressive but I feel that we should have had that conversation with some one, the Dr. or the clinician. I have been going to ShopKo optical for over 35 years and have always been happy with them in the past.

the only thing I was disappointed by was the fact that I found out my contacts had a mail in rebate which would’ve made my entire years worth cheaper than 6 months worth which I what I got. Other than that, my glasses fit perfect & the women who helped me took the time to shop through them with me & pick a pair. She was so nice & made my experience so much nicer than my normal dreaded appointment

Wonderful staff and organized professional service. They do wonderful work here. The staff is educated and professional with their product knowledge. Very easy to get service here. They are fast to order contacts or glasses. They rock here!
