I went to one of the stores because I wanted to find out more about possibly find out more about switching and costs etc.. and it was very small and there were two young kids there both looked foreign and I started to talk about that I was looking to switch and neither seemed to understand anything including the plans or explain anything them they called their boss and wanted me to talk to him on the speaker phone. Wasted visit. Didnt seem to understand english. Were very unprofessional and no help at all. I was so disgusted they are lucky I just walked out instead of yelling. I thought it looked good when I looked online and would have possibly switched me and my daughter but after the horrible experience and terrible service I got I am not happy and starting to wonder if they are all like that and dont understand things. Best homemade Kimchi is here! I used to go to Mitsuwa, Chicago all the way from around Appleton. But this is enough for me and they have good products and affordable price if I think about gas price. They have some Japanese products as well like Yakisoba noodle, Natto, Gyoza, Ramen and some seasonings. FYI if you come to this store first time, you might feel uncomfortable like watching. Owner looks unfriendly at first impression. But actually not once you coming multiple times. I think that's the way. ~Yama

I work with the Runaway and Homeless Youth Services at the Boys and Girls club down the street. I called multiple gas stations asking for gas card donations with no luck, but J. was more than happy to help! When I went into the station he was very good at multitasking the donation and still putting paying customers first. He treated all his customers kindly and there was a welcoming small-town vibe. J. was very nice and I definitely recommend doing business, if not just to say hi to him! ~Kay

The two people who were working, a ginger girl and a bigger guy with long-ish hair looked like they hate their life. They did not greet me and made my sandwich with annoyance. The bigger guy had an air pod in. As I was eating my sandwich the girl starts yelling at the guy for not doing something. Her yelling was loud enough that I could hear it clearly, sitting in the back. It made me uncomfortable & I understand why he looked like he hares life. But I mean, it's subway not a Michelin star restaurant. ~Khyleigh

Cleaner than I remember. Nicer than most visits. Seems like they had enough people working today. Had exactly the items I needed (El Pato) for Tuesday Tacos. No lines. No wait. Parking was easy and relatively close to the entrance. Good prices too. ~Chris

I came to this location a couple years ago and was very pleased. I recently bought a two-pack manager special for my husbands truck and my car. While I do not have pictures of the truck, I was very unimpressed. We do have dogs, and while I don’t expect it to be excellent, I would think it would look at least better. The outside was great, the dash was wiped down, windows were much better. However the interior I went home and vacuumed myself and washed seats. Today I took my car in. Significantly less dog hair. You can literally see where they vacuumed and where they stopped (see pictures). I got my front mats washed. They look good, but any area near the floor was not vacuumed. Car dash and windows are wiped down great. Honestly, I will not be back. The cost doesn’t justify the lack of vacuuming they do. *Edit - Per the owners request, I filled out the service comment form. ~Stephanie

They ripped off a single mom (with health issues) moving from WV to WI. They didn't try a second delivery as they promised, and I had to rent a truck and hire a couple of helpers to go fetch the ladies possessions. She was without them for a week. They refunded her $150, but it cost me over $200 to straighten up their mess. NEVER use them or their subsidiary---U Pack. ~Mike
