Best cell phone store in Appleton, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

I went to one of the stores because I wanted to find out more about possibly find out more about switching and costs etc.. and it was very small and there were two young kids there both looked foreign and I started to talk about that I was looking to switch and neither seemed to understand anything including the plans or explain anything them they called their boss and wanted me to talk to him on the speaker phone. Wasted visit. Didnt seem to understand english. Were very unprofessional and no help at all. I was so disgusted they are lucky I just walked out instead of yelling. I thought it looked good when I looked online and would have possibly switched me and my daughter but after the horrible experience and terrible service I got I am not happy and starting to wonder if they are all like that and dont understand things.
