Nice enough but clearly the gentleman who was doing my pedicure hadn’t done any and when he started to polish my toes I inquired if he was new. Oh no, just new to us was the response. The owner/manager finished my polish after one other tech removed original tech’s attempt. They still charged me regular price. Service: Pedicure

Was charged more for nails than board said. Then one nail popped off 9 days after I was there. Because I’m out of town couldn’t go back until 2 weeks after originally done. At that time I Had nails removed and was charged more than board said again. That was yesterday and now today my nails look horrible, are cracking and are ruined. Will never be back. Service: Acrylic nails

Esther did my nails, they are a little too short and ring fingers looks kinda crooked, asked for coffin shape. She told me sns nails would be healthier than acrylics so here we are. They're a little too thick for my liking. I don't hate them but I don't love them. Also, for $55.

I got dip nails in the color light blue, when I got them they were more teal then light blue. I asked for a flame on my ring finger, the design did turn out good. It looked more like an icicle. I also did dip powder which I’ve never done before, it was uneven and grainy. DONT RECOMMEND! Service: Dip powder

I just had a pedicure here tonight. Prior to COVID my best friend and I came here all the time and loved it- needless to say after tonight we won't be back. The lady that did my pedicure didn't say hello or even acknowledge that I was there. The entire time she was doing my pedicure she talked with her (i think) husband and got up several times in the middle of my pedicure to put things away and clean supplies. It is not like we walked in or anything we had an appointment for 5:30. She was obviously in a hurry to close up shop. Very disappointed. Service: Pedicure

I’ve gotten gel nails done here a couple times and they always do a good job. Today I got my nails done with SNS for the first time and I wish I could give them 5 stars. My nails turned out great, however I’m concerned by the fact that this salon does not pour the powder into a separate bowl for dipping - the practice of dipping repeatedly into the main pot is unsanitary. People may not be washing their hands before coming in to get their nails done and now we’re all dipping into the same pot.

I got a set of acrylics done and they are horrible. I was not given the colors I asked for and my nails are chunky and uneven. The woman doing my nails became irritated when I asked her to cut them shorter after she had cut them without asking me how short I wanted them. Some of my nails are too long and some are extremely short. Bliss used to be my go to place but I will never be returning after the bad service I’ve received the past couple times I have been there.

I went with a group of friends and we all got our nails done. The service was great; however, the work is less than perfect. Our nails all have spots that are bare and the shaping is completely wrong. You would think with spending $220 a customer would be able to expect a job well done. Clearly our expectations were set to high. We will gladly take our money elsewhere and I suggest everyone else do the same.
