I had Kelly to do my hair, and the first time it came out dark brown and the second time she did it it came out dark brown with silver highlights - none of this is what I asked for. I’ve never felt more ugly in my entire life and am considering cutting all my hair off. I am blonde and always have been golden blonde but now my hair is unrecognizable. I am so sad and feel so disgusted with my appearance it washes me out so much. I’m glad she was willing to try again but I will not ever be using this salon again. I feel bad for writing a bad review but I look and feel absolutely horrible. Service: Hair coloring

Terrible. The barber took my hair back to when I started growing it out almost a year ago. I asked for my curtains to be trimmed and I wanted my hair about midway down my ear. I'm now back to where my hair was a year ago. I'm actually so mad its not even funny. I'm never getting my hair cut here again.

Three years later and my hair is still suffering from this salon. I paid $400 for my hair to be completely burned off. I called ahead and asked if she could do ethnic hair and the stylist lied and said she could. I came in the salon with beautiful natural curls and left with dry, damaged, straight hair that was breaking off every second. My hair was falling out in the salon chair and the stylist stood there looking stupid and told me my hair was fine. The pathetic male manager or owner gaslight me and told me I’m overreacting. Everyone in that salon saw what happened and they were all silent. My hair was in clumps on the floor and every single person in the salon made me feel crazy. Do not go here if you are a person of color. They will not stand up for you and ruin your hair. I’m still in shock that this happened to me. I look back at pictures of my old hair and cry because it was so damaged and still is. I couldn’t bring myself to shave my head so I’ve been getting regular haircuts ever since. The blonde damaged hair is almost gone after 3 years. This was the worst experiences I’ve ever had when receiving any service. They really made me pay 400 plus tip for the worst hair experience of my life. 3 years later and I’m still traumatized. Service: Hair coloring

I went for a total hair makeover today and was pleased with my results! I'm still adjusting to such a drastic change but my stylist Sophia almost got it exactly like the picture I showed her. She was great very friendly & personable! The owner Diane was also present the entire time making sure everyone was happy & receiving the best service possible. Higher end Salon! Janet is a client at a salon that I work at and I wanted to come see her since she is so knowledgeable about skin care! She was FABULOUS!! I did a 15-20 min consultation with her and she took her time looking at the issues I’ve been having with my skin- hormonal changes, hyperpigmentation etc. she was able to explain a regimen for me to keep up with in order for me to repair my skin and I am so excited to use my new products! I cannot recommend Janet enough! So sweet and down to earth and easy to talk to!!!! Definitely worth the trip to go see her :) Service: Skin treatments

I no longer have any use for Anton's whatsoever. Prices have gone through the roof for services that can be matched elsewhere for far far less. They charged me $176 for a perm and the tip was not included in that amount. Imagine the sticker shock At the register, when previously paying far far less. How absurd!!! I do not have Long hair. My hair is shoulder length and not thick. This was inexcusable. So I contacted a highly rated salon nearby: ElleBelle. They wouldn't see me last year because of the pandemic and were not taking new clients. (They still don't take new clients.) So ElleBelle recommended a salon near them called Nu Attitude. THAT place was absolutely stellar in terms of attitude, and even better yet results. I highly recommend Nu Attitude =⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. In fact I left them a five-star glowing review.

I volunteered as a cut model for Emma at the salon and I had a GREAT experience with her and her mentor. A huge range of services and products are available & from what I've seen, definitely at reasonable and competitive pricing. I'm not a fan at ALL of those overly snobby places that feel exclusive or uninviting, making you feel inferior if you're not super experienced, and with any nice salon, this can be a concern - I get anxious about this & often avoid getting a cut at unfamiliar places because of exactly this. Here, a "high end" & professional feel doesn't come with those haughty or self-important people, and that makes a huge difference (to me, at least). If you want to deal with stylists who think they're better than you or treat you condescendingly, you'll need to go elsewhere, because you won't find that here - just great service, nice people, and professional work! My waxing service with Lexi was amazing! I'd only gotten waxed once before, but I'll never go anywhere else from here on out! Lexi was professional, caring, always made sure I was comfortable, was very careful with my sensitive skin, took my concerns to heart and made sure I was completely satisfied and loved my results! Loved loved loved my stylist. She was the only reason I came. I went to her for years until she got her own chair and experienced the front desk numerous times. They were always SO RUDE! It really was astonishing. Not only that, but hairstylists there are overworked and not given enough time. I’ve heard way worse being done by management , but will not share on here. Do not go here.
