I spent 20min trying to find the 12 items on my daughter’s (she was with me) back to school list. I asked 3 separate target employees including a manager for really simple things and only satisfied about half of my list. Crazy to think that the “office and school” section would have a sign directing customers IN AUGUST that there is a back to school section. Instead of informing me that there is a back to school section, the manager said the school section was under stocked because they didn’t have enough employees to run the store and offered me a job… incompetent and unhelpful.

Clean, helpful, clerks vs walmart with no clerks at stations n dirty. I just bought a new mattress topper. N.pillow n some makeup. I really like this stire. ps. I was looking for socks that were for trousers n they were the only store that had them and in plain solid colors.

Normally I love this store. It’s small, but it’s my home Target and I love it. I was recently treated very disrespectfully by an employee that was implying I was stupid when I asked about something that rang up wrong and he felt the need to explain to me “that bar codes are what tell us what something costs”. Are you kidding me? I feel like he thought I was dumb because I was a woman and he was extremely condescending. I will avoiding dealing with that employee at all costs and I hope no one else has to feel like I felt, and in front of my 8 year old daughter none the less.

This location isn’t my top choice for many reasons, but today really hit the nail on the coffin. This location hires entitled children (*cough cough Jillian) who scream and curse at their customers and aggressively accuses them of damaging something they didn’t. She was lazy and rude and shoving her phone in our faces. She then admitted we didn’t damage anything but then walks off to tell the security that we did??? She’s confused. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with someone at their own place of work. I don’t know how she has a job but I guess our quality of service workers has truly plummeted. I hope she seeks help.

Since the pandemic started, I have used drive up services from this location and another Target and they have always been amazing!! The staff is super friendly, kind and will make small talk with you. They are doing a fantastic job! Ordering thru the app is super simply and if an item is out of stock, it gives you options that are available for you. Using the app is easy picking up the orders and creating them. Keep up the good work and thank you for all that you do. The drive up employees are top notch!

This target is very nice and clean off highway 94 good customer service and very quick as well can check out at the electronics or front they also have a Starbucks here it's a good shopping center just wish they had more Hispanic and other variety stuff that be good

There was not a tag on my shirt and when I said how much I thought it was, a manager authorized a lesser charge. I also said I should have earned a gift card, and there was no hassle at all. Very good, friendly customer service all around! Very clean and neat store.
