If I could give a negative 5, I would. I actually can't believe how rude and inconsiderate these people are. I called in and asked if they take walk ins and they said online and walk ins, she said yes. Then I asked what time they closed. She said 530 pm. So I walked in at 4:45 pm. and she said " We don't have time for walk ins. So..." What a freaking jack******. She didn't even apologize. Put two and two together lady. Could she have just screamed reject? Seriously. She wasn't even nice about it. I'm so tired of people who they think they are better than anyone else! Liars!

I went to great clips to get a haircut this morning. I walked in and one if the stylists asked if I checked in online. I replied I hadn't. She took my number and informed me that I would be next after the gentleman in the chair was done. I sat down to wait. During that time another gentleman came in. The same lady came up asked if he had checked in online and he said he had. The customer in the chair finished got up and left. The stylist then bypassed me in line and took the other gentleman. Nowhere was there a board showing me that someone else was possibly going to skip me nor was that what was told me when I sat down. Poor communication, my time or business was not valued and I will go somewhere else to have my hair cut in the future. Service: Haircut

The lady that did my hair I think Diane? She's the only one there on Thursdays .... she is so nice and I got 7 inches taken off!!! She did awesome!!

I came here to receive a haircut and nothing else! A lady named Jerry was responsible for cutting my hair. When she was about 3/4 of the way done, she randomly decides to shave my eyebrows half way without asking my permission first. I would strongly suggest not coming to this salon! Service: Haircut

Checked online and saw that there was a short wait so I grabbed the appt. Got to the salon and they took me right away. Had to wear a mask. The lady who cut my hair did so quickly and kept confirming with me the amount she could trim. Price is right and staff are friendly. I've been going to this and other salons nearby for years and have always had a good experience here.
