I went to great clips to get a haircut this morning. I walked in and one if the stylists asked if I checked in online. I replied I hadn't. She took my number and informed me that I would be next after the gentleman in the chair was done. I sat down to wait. During that time another gentleman came in. The same lady came up asked if he had checked in online and he said he had. The customer in the chair finished got up and left. The stylist then bypassed me in line and took the other gentleman. Nowhere was there a board showing me that someone else was possibly going to skip me nor was that what was told me when I sat down. Poor communication, my time or business was not valued and I will go somewhere else to have my hair cut in the future. Service: Haircut ~Michael

I went for a total hair makeover today and was pleased with my results! I'm still adjusting to such a drastic change but my stylist Sophia almost got it exactly like the picture I showed her. She was great very friendly & personable! The owner Diane was also present the entire time making sure everyone was happy & receiving the best service possible. Higher end Salon! super cute place to stop and grab a treat. they have a good selection between deserts and actual food to eat. nothing you can’t make at home but that’s just what i like about it. very clean on the inside and the staff was friendly and helpful. there’s a cute little garden outside too where kids can do a little scavenger hunt. ~Emmeri

They downsized, jacking up prices in smaller boxes. Checking out is pure hell. 20 self checkout and 2 "assisted" lanes. At self, if you have problem (which you will) a person on screen you aide you. No live person. Whatever happened to personal service? Sure they put up signage for isles, great fix. They increased there beer and wine area by double. Makes you think doesn't it? Positive: Floors are cleaner. Now have signage in every isle. The only thing that's missing is the big red target 🎯. ~Terry

I spent 20min trying to find the 12 items on my daughter’s (she was with me) back to school list. I asked 3 separate target employees including a manager for really simple things and only satisfied about half of my list. Crazy to think that the “office and school” section would have a sign directing customers IN AUGUST that there is a back to school section. Instead of informing me that there is a back to school section, the manager said the school section was under stocked because they didn’t have enough employees to run the store and offered me a job… incompetent and unhelpful. ~Evan

Beautiful updated Delafield store. But I could not find what I needed. They have an Amazon section I asked where the clerks were. THEY HAVE NO CLERKS ... after walking n walking I left empty handed If they even stationed 1 or 2 people at the entrance to direct people it would be a great improvement I'm petite n never found Petite or even Junior would work. Talked to other shoppers n found plenty of frustrated people Wake up Kohls. ~Donna
