It didn't have things we have at our walmart. The amount cart were plugged in so 1st one was very slow, 2nd one died while putting back and I am wheel chair jbound so someone had to push me. Very Embarrassing. The greeter was very nice.

Everyone is always nice at this location. The store is clean and well organized. I just wish they'd have more check-outs open.

They need to hire people who Naresh physically able to.do the job . I under stand older people need jobs . But if they can barely walk or do the job . You need not to hire them. There are physical requirements for jobs in America and Walmart. If they are not physically able to do the job. And this person is not handicapped or has mental issues. They are just not physically able to walk or move around and is very over weight. You are opening yourself up to lawsuits if she falls at work . Make sure your employees are physically able to do the job.

TRASH. This specific store should not be labeled as a “super center” considering their lack of selection/inventory. It’s also incredibly disorganized, even after their lengthy, recent renovation. It’s also evident that customer service is a thing of the past… you won’t get a “hello”, they don’t TELL you your total and you absolutely will not get a “thank you”. Every time I visit this store I’m left disappointed… it’s a shame, especially being LAKE COUNTRY, that we have one of the worst Walmart’s around

They downsized, jacking up prices in smaller boxes. Checking out is pure hell. 20 self checkout and 2 "assisted" lanes. At self, if you have problem (which you will) a person on screen you aide you. No live person. Whatever happened to personal service? Sure they put up signage for isles, great fix. They increased there beer and wine area by double. Makes you think doesn't it? Positive: Floors are cleaner. Now have signage in every isle. The only thing that's missing is the big red target 🎯.

One of my least favorite stores. Self checkout needs some help. Three different times I needed assistance and no one came. Either there was no one around, or the person there was to busy talking. Also extremely rude staff. The older lady doing fulfillment had an absolutely terrible attitude. I witness a worker telling a customer they couldn’t help him because she didn’t have a key and instead of radioing someone to go help him she continued walking away. Plus the guy at the tech desk straight up lied to him. Saying he had a key but couldn’t leave the desk and didn’t have a radio to call someone to come help. However, after the guy left the tech guy started talking on his radio. Almost every time I come to this location there seems to be a problem with the staff. I’ll rather drive the distance to go to a different Walmart, or go to the Target across the street for a better selection, better staff, and overall just a better experience.

Self service staff is very rude. Went there today and a coupon wouldn’t scan so had to wait for assistance. A newer woman approached the register and just started tapping on the screen. I told her the coupon wouldn’t scan and she responded, yes it did and I showed her that was the other coupon I had. She responded by telling me to settle down. I was at this stove every week and am lucky I can independently get they the store because the staff is lazy and disrespectful. I know it’s hard to get staffing but based on the rest of the reviews on the staff you might be better off without the rude ones.

What a joke… was doing self check out and needed assistance and there was a guy going back and forth between the self checkout lanes. Yes a Walmart associate playing on his phone. I waived at him said excuse me. It wasn’t until the guy next to me that was leaving touched him on his arm and said he needs your help. After that the Older Lady behind me that was using self check out dropped her eggs. Cracked 4 of them and had a mess. He did not bother to help or come over. I went to him and asked if there is something he can do, or just to get another container so this lady did not have egg goo all over her other grocery’s. He shrugged his shoulders and walked off. And not walked off for a solution. As in this ain’t my problem. I will personally not enter this store for a very long time. I will pay extra to drive else we’re. And that’s at over $4 a gallon. No thank you.

They've done a fair bit of work on the store over the last few years and it's in pretty nice shape now. Some of the sections are a little tight and selection is slightly smaller than if you went to a standard grocer or standard walmart but the convenience alongside walmarts usually very competitive prices makes the experience more palatable.

Sadly this Walmart has put in a bunch of self check outs and when I went at 9 pm, there wasn't a single cashier to be seen. I'm not paid by Walmart & I receive no discount for doing their job so I will only shop there when human beings are there to check people out. Also, their employees there tonight didn't even know what merchandise was available or where to find it. I used to love this store. Not so much anymore.
