This salon has went down hill MAJORLY over the past two years. I stopped going to get my finger nails done because they always did a sloppy quick job and only went for pedis here and there when my other salon was too busy. The last pedi I got I was on the verge of tears. The women who did it was wayyyy to rough, she had both of my big toes bleeding. She chose my color for me because they didn't have the color I wanted, I told her I didn't like it so she AGGRESSIVELY removed it. I left with bubbly nail polish that chipped THE SAME NIGHT. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. I still payed but I will never be back. There are wayyyyy better salons in the area, especially compared to this place. Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Beautiful salon, but pricey for the work. It's hardly been 2 weeks now and I have lost over half my nails. They weren't smooth at all, they lifted, my girlfriend's are breaking and I'm not sure I even want to go back to redeem my gift card!! I don't think I've ever been this disappointed in my nails!

Gel polish, and paint toes. Terrible job, nail repair didn't even last the day. Didn't want to remove all the old paint. Leaving residue so polish won't stick. Then made fun of me when I ask she clean it off first. Talked behind my back. Laughing at me. Discussting, they embarrassed me. Never again

I got exactly what I wanted! The lady I had was incredibly gentle and thorough. She would check in with me and make sure she was doing what I wanted to my nails. She only took about 45 minutes in total but it didn’t feel rushed. Fun atmosphere and very clean as well. I’ve been here years ago but came back in 2022. I will be back in the future! I visited for the first time this Sunday. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and let them know I wanted acrylics with dip powder. My appointment time was 3:30. They closed at 5. Right away the man seemed very frustrated and he was very off putting. He only wanted to make conversation with his coworkers and each time I tried to talk to him he ignored me. It was very obvious he was not happy with my request. The closer it got to 5, the more rushed I felt. Aside from the awkwardness between is, my nails look awful. They are all crooked and different lengths. The nails on my left hand are significantly longer and the almond shape is very pointy. I would not recommend them. If you do choose to go to them I would not suggest scheduling an appointment close to when they close even if they say they have an opening. Service: Dip powder

I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I am in LOVE with them. Not only did my nails turn out great, but the whole staff was so nice and welcoming. They were very patient with me as I decided the specific colors I wanted, and were also so gentle when working on my nails. I usually leave other nail solans with my fingers sore from the poking and prodding they do on my fingers, but my nails feel amazing. My nail tech was just amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job at that. I look forward to coming back to this salon.

Worst place I have ever gone too, they ground down so much of my natural nail that i couldn’t even wear the acrylic nails for the full amount of time, I needed to take them off 2 days later, 2 hours turned into 3.5 hours to do acrylic nails…. And did not use CLEAN EQUIPMENT!! I needed to ask them if they could put something clean on, and they didn’t even do the acrylic how I wanted them they just aimlessly did them how they wanted and also looked poorly done too. Do not recommend! Waste of time and money!!! Service: Acrylic nails

I have gone to GLOSS on and off since they’ve opened. The quality varies depending on the technician, but you can always expect to pay a premium price. The last set of dip nails, that I was overcharged for based on their menu pricing, lasted only 2 days before cracking in the middle of my nails and breaking off. I have never had this problem with dip before and I am not rough on my nails! When going in to get them fixed *the first time* the technicians made me feel as though it was my fault they were breaking and getting them fixed was a burden; the fix was even more rushed than the initial application. I ended up needing to go in a second time to get more nails fixed. At this point I expected the salon to accommodate my schedule. It would be my THIRD trip amidst a busy schedule. Instead, I was told that other customers just getting off work have priority and I need to book a new appointment (which did not meet my availability). I explained to them I had already paid for their services (and tipped well on every visit) and I expected them to make correcting the problem a priority. The lady on the phone became very defensive, at which point I told her it was becoming unprofessional. She then yelled that I should go find somewhere more professional. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I do not recommend the services. You run a high chance of getting a slop job that will not get fixed. Find somewhere reliable that will provide you the QUALITY service you pay for. Service: Dip powder

Been to Gloss several times and always happy with their services. Took my 12 year old neice to get her nails done today. Gloss Nail Bar is always accommodating for scheduling. Kathy and Hannah are amazing at what they do. Very patient, friendly, and thorough! Hannah did a cute design for my neice -- just what she wanted. Thank you girls! Came in and the place was very busy. I was greeted right away though and still sat down about 6 minutes max after my appointment time (which with how busy it was was amazing). I can't remember who helped me, but she did an amazing job and I really appreciated how much of my input she asked for. It was just above an beyond what I normally experience. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
