Traded in my phone and the warehouse never received it. Since T Mobile did not receive my old phone I am not getting a discount. I was told by customer service and the store location that I had to wait for 2 billing cycles. Here we are over 2 billing cycles, nobody knows where my phone is and I am getting charged for the full price of the phone. Don't go to this location. New people every week.

I spent 3-4 hours trying to get a phone switched over from Verizon but it never worked. when I returned to see if they could resolve the issue, they told me to just switch my phone back. After wasting 7-8 hours across 2 TMobiles, and many of their call lines, I was told to just switch back to Verizon or buy a new phone.

I talked to their district manager Sergio he was very rude and disrespectful about an issue concerning fraud I got absolutely no help. If you don’t want to get scammed stay away from this place.

Over all a great experience, the employees were great they helped me understand what the down payment was and the monthly cost. Everything was going great. Then their manager came out from the back, and totally gave me a weird feeling. He started to stare at the employee that was helping me. Making us both uncomfortable, she was still explaining somethings to me and he interrupted her and started to sell me something that I was not wanting. I was going to get my new phone right there and then, but because of him making me and the employee uncomfortable I left. I told the girl at the compute thank you for all that she did and left.

Poor customer service, didn't have items that were featured, Total Waste of time. Salesman also refused to give me the promotion of switching to their service stating that that because of giving the promotion deal to other customers that I was not eligible. I have never been a customer of T-Mobile, the salesman then proceed ring up my equipment at full price. I hope everyone reads this, so that you are not scammed by the horrible crooked, salesman and women at the East Peoria, illinois, T-Mobile by Walmart .

Went to get an new Iphone and had issues with everything transferring over to the new phone. Terrell was very helpful and patient trying to solve the problem. Decided to head home and try it myself and was able to call and speak to Terrell and went step by step and successfully got my new phone working.

I called the store the other day, to my surprise I found someone who understands what customer service means. I asked questions an received answers that made sense. I hope Management realizes when they have someone who is willing to do their job an do it well. I told the young man "Thank you" for his help. He Said his name was ( Sorry Young man) Cain, Kain, Kaine, Cane. Just to let people know, I will be back.

Patrick was extremely helpful in getting my new phone up and running. I'm 58 yr old man that really needed help. Between him and Cain I walked out of that shop a confident new T-mobile customer. May God bless both of these young men!

I received a free Hotspot three months ago with a month of service several months ago to get me to move service from Verizon. While the coverage was better than Verizon in every aspect, speed was both better and worse than Verizon depending on the location. Overall, more reliable than Verizon with 30 tested cities and sites. I wanted to activate the Hotspot for another month to cover an area that Verizon doesn't have service. After almost an hour in the store, I was told that I'd have to pony up $100 for a different Hotspot. Nope, sorry. I tried to give them money but they were greedy.
