Very very rude. I called about a prescription and the lady wouldn't even let me speak and repeatedly kept interrupting me. I would never put in another prescription there! I have never written a bad view for any place but she was just completely rude.

Worst place in East Peoria to fill your medicine be smart and go somewhere else

After more than 2 years of using this pharmacy I have finally had enough and decided to call it quits. I can't do it anymore. Every month it is stressful. I am supposed to be on autofill but they never even order the medicine until the day it is supposed to be filled. They are argumentative and degrading when it comes to using manufacturer discount cards. Just done with it. I would advise against using this pharmacy.

I'll agree with others. The lady I've dealt with here is very rude. I can't believe that she still gets to keep her job when there's other pharmacist out there who actually aren't complete Karens.

Staff is rude and seem uninterested in genuinely helping the customer. I’ve had several bad interactions with the staff while trying to get a prescription refilled. If you can, avoid using this pharmacy.

I've had multiple poor experiences with the Kroger Pharmacy in East Peoria. This past Saturday involved the main pharmacist that I see frequently at this location. She was rude and seemed agitated when I asked a simple question in regards to a prescription that I needed filled that day. It was such a poor customer experience that I left the store and headed down the road to Walgreens. I've had 2 other occasions that I've called to confirm that my prescription was received from the doctors office and the staff on the phone is very unsure how to answer my questions and not helpful at all. Both situations involved multiple calls between my doctor's office and the pharmacy before they could fill the prescription. I guess the order was sitting in some digital inbox that the pharmacy staff failed to find initially. I reported this issue to Kroger and received a generic response. I don't expect anything to change.

I've been there 3 times this week to pick up a script and every time they tell me itll be in tomorrow. Service wise it seems like they really just dont care. Professionally this isnt even the first time theyve ran out of this medication they cant be proactive and keep meds in stock and this customer is suffering because of it. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
