Not much help here compared to the mall, the employees do more but I found out the hard way you’re best off keeping your malfunctioning phone. Did a warranty replacement on my phone following a half dozen or so SIM cards being fried out only to learn TMobile would hold me accountable for the entire value of the phone including the replacement ($1600 total). When contacted TMobile claimed water damage on a water resistant phone that has never seen water. Between the seemingly Ill-trained in-store staff and the off-shore call center with hard as hell to understand accents and inability to understand things being explained to them, leaving this service was hands down the best decision I made in 2022. I don’t have a service suggestion They are all seemingly complete garbage these days.

Mixed information at both locations. Looking to trade in phones. The stand alone store was really nice and said that down payments are based off of credit score. And quoted us $750 down for our phone and promoted a buy one get one deal. Went to the store in the mall and was not given the same information. Store manager and associate weren’t friendly. They told me it would be automatically $1,299 down and the phone is too new for deals. Then they had to look up to see if any promotions were going on. My advice if your already T-Mobile- definitely don’t go the mall one.

Went into the store and had a manager there that was able to clarify some of the information but the person that took care of me was another employee and was pretty oblivious to the information he was giving me. When explaining the contract he basically said I had to take his word for it. He told me one plan and what I would have to pay but when the contract came up it said nothing about that. Then couldn’t add up the difference of my payments. And then would just stare at the screen for 5 to 10 minutes like if he was high or just was in another world. Literally had no clue about anything and then when I’m trying to have him explain the contract he tells me, “no one has ever argued with him about it”. It’s funny that when one person can’t explain something to someone else they say that they are arguing with them. And when I ask him to explain it again he says, “well, you’ll just have to take my word for it”. No, I’m just not a fool and can’t take the “word” of someone I just met when they seem like they are high on something or just not all there. Really don’t understand how you can have an employee at T-Mobile like that in the store. Worse yet, this person actually went through an interview process, screening, background and training and someone actually signed off on it. I wanted to switch over my service to them but after the horrible service, I think I’ll just stay with my current carrier even though it’s more expensive. What a total waste of time and a horrible experience.

The store was great, but T-Mobile service is very poor in and around Cheyenne. They need to offer non wifi home extenders, if they are not going put up enough towers to support the users in town. If I have to pay for wifi as well, I might as well just pay for ATT or Verizon. The cost savings does not matter if you phone doesn't work. Please increase the signal here!!!

I visited the store on 4/24 to get an idea of what it would take to get my husband on my plan from Verizon. I spoke with a very helpful and friendly associate. His name was Alex. He broke down all my options and priced it all out. Found me the best deal and was upfront and honest. On 4/25 my husband and I went to the store to make our purchases! Alex was ready and available to help us again. Along with being efficient with our requests he was able to assist his coworker. Alex is a hard worker and if he's not management yet, he should be. He has a great customer service mentality, he's knowledgeable about the services and products available, and along with being patient and kind he gets things done! No other store I want to go to! Thank you Alex!

I've dealt w/Jamaica twice in the last few months, once before she became manager and most recently when she became the store manager. She is excellent! Both times she was very patient and was extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. It is apparent that she takes great pride in her job, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, which unfortunately is becoming more and more rare in the retail world. Thanks again Jamaica!
