The doctor who did the exam was great. The guy in charge of selling frames was a joke. The guy said ALL sports googles have glasses bows and that there’s no such thing as googles with only straps. I asked him if he watched basketball because there are players wearing what I’m looking for. The salesperson said I didn’t know anything. Guess your company should look at educating sales personnel because I took the prescription to Walmart and got exactly what I was looking for, for under a $100. Walmart’s staff at least knows sports and the gear needed.

I have a hard time picking out glasses because it's hard to see without corrective lenses. Everyone was very patient and helpful and I'm excited to get my new glasses. Thank you!

The older women were very rude and bossy. Our appointment was at 9 am and my 2 year old needed his breakfast and they refused to let me feed him while they worked on my wife. Told me to feed him outside. It's 31° and heavy wind. Very bossy unprofessional unkind ladies here. We'll never go back

We were visiting from out of town and my wife's glasses had a part come loose. The folks here fixed her glasses for free! Very grateful for them being so helpful.

dr stevens was great everyone else is pretty rude don't have trial pair of contact lenses i have have been using for 10+ years so they gave me a pair that went even my prescription stay away from this place

The dr was actually really great for being an older gentleman. The optician who was taking care of me afterwards (holly) was not professional at all, she misread my prescription which led to an unpleasant experience. I felt like she should have read the prescription more accurately (I mean, I am at an eye drs office, her vision should be great). Because of her mix-up, I chose not to continue with my order and paid for what had been done up to that point. I most definitely will not be going back or recommending them to any of my colleagues.

I liked this office and everyone was friendly and professional except for this old guy that adjusted my glasses. He put them too tight and i told him it hurt and he said if i would wear the glasses right up on my nose they would fit right, then walked away. He bent them completly down on the ears. I came back in to order contacs and I told the lady I do not want him to help me again and explainded why. She was very nice and fixed my glasses and she apologized for his behavior. I will return there because she took the time to listen and tried to make up for his ignorant behavior..

I've been going here for the past year or so they are always so nice and helpful! Lenetta is very knowledgeable and kind things have been a little difficult in my house and they took a lot of stress off by as lenetta said "paying it forward", I just wanted to say thank you and leave 5 stars, I love going here for my eye care needs, they also have the best pricing even compared to Walmart!

I wanted to say what a good faculty this place is I stopped in to look and Lynetta was so helpful! We did not buy yet but we are coming in after Christmas! The only thing I had I noticed was an older guy that worked there that was not wearing his mask! I liked also that the staff was very joking and having fun like they liked their job!

I actually accidentally booked my appointment here instead if where I thought I was going to ( different company) but my lack of paying attention worked out great for me. I was worried when I saw it had less than 3 stars but I seriously had a great experience. Check in was fast, my exam was done within 5 minutes of being there, the pricing of the glasses was super reasonable. The options available for the frames were plentiful and not overwhelming. They did require a mask, but had a room where I could try glasses on without a mask. My opinion is they are trying their best and I would definitely recommend them. Editing to add that we booked my daughter's first eye appointment here and they were beyond amazing with her. Helped her picked glasses that fit her face and made sure she got what she wanted and helped me stay in our budget. So happy we found them!
