Not much help here compared to the mall, the employees do more but I found out the hard way you’re best off keeping your malfunctioning phone.
Did a warranty replacement on my phone following a half dozen or so SIM cards being fried out only to learn TMobile would hold me accountable for the entire value of the phone including the replacement ($1600 total).
When contacted TMobile claimed water damage on a water resistant phone that has never seen water.
Between the seemingly Ill-trained in-store staff and the off-shore call center with hard as hell to understand accents and inability to understand things being explained to them, leaving this service was hands down the best decision I made in 2022.
I don’t have a service suggestion
