I love this gym, I won’t go anywhere else however the kids they have working at night don’t do anything. For whatever reason my app refused to open so i couldn’t scan in, not one of the 3 teens standing at the desk acknowledged that I was there. I was waiting to see if anyone could manually check me in and nothing. So I just proceeded to the locker rooms. My membership is current and I have no issues proving so. I was just impressed at the lack of customer service because the day time people are absolutely opposite and amazing. After I did my cardio I went back and signed in but still no acknowledgment just continued with their phones conversation and “f this bro” 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Very unfriendly to travelers. A lot of seniors who travel use this gym franchise. I was treated very coldly at this one. I’m a friendly person but it didn’t matter. And btw it wasn’t a nice gym by other planet fitness standards. Showers didn’t give hot water. This one location could improve dramatically.

Hands down the cleanest gym I have had the pleasure of visiting so far in the entire country. Roger and Steve are 2 very upstanding gentlemen, who are doing a great job making sure the facility is clean and up to standard... well done guys. I will be back!!!

This is the 3rd time they are messing with my billing and I keep trying with them but once again disappoint me. Smh. The gym is decent but they keep messing up billing info and suck at communicating. Smh

The fact that if you pay for a black card and guest. The guest can’t use the relaxation zone. Where as any other planet fitness guest of black card members get the same benefits. Cheyenne’s planet fitness man. The stingiest place

Was considering tanning at planet fitness March 16 2022. I had spent a lot of time at the front desk asking as many questions as I possibly could about the booths with little to no information back. The workers were very un knowledgeable about the booths alltogether and had no solid advice to give me. I had bought tanning lotions and bronzer asking questions about theese. What to use. When to use them. Again. Little to no information on the PRODUCTS. at this point maybe I should have not gone in and done my own research 😅 any way. After working with the older lady at the front desk and buying lotions I did the little survey and asked if I needed eye protection. The lady working shrugged it off and waved me in. She sent me into the standing tanning booth. Saying the bulbs were a bit stronger for 9 minutes. Being ignorant about tanning I didn't know 9 minutes was a long time . So I left the gym with a severe burn head to toe. Was bed ridden for about 4 days had to call out of work as well. Have called to talk to manager at pf 2 separate times. 3rd time was the charm. Lotion has been refunded thank you. I will be going to Dr to get proof of severe burn from a hospital. Currently after 6 days my whole chest, stomach and thighs are severely blistered

I've been going to this Planet Fitness for a month now, and I love it. The staff are kind, the gym is clean, and they have all the equipment I need. The locker area is nice, but my one complaint is that the showers don't have attached changing stalls, but I know there's no space for those.

Just been going the last few weeks an I really enjoy the atmosphere, open an bright plenty of equipment to use very clean well kept pleasant experience every time I look forward to more visits in the future
