We went in there tonight 6-25-22 and 3 employees were working and we were the only customers. They never greeted us and after walking around looking at shoes and not being acknowledged what so ever we left and purchased our shoes at Hibbett. I won’t be shopping at this finish line again.

Trying to use the app to purchase shoes at launch is a complete joke. The fact that they raffle off the shoes in the store is even more of a joke. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Finish line.

If you're a baller like me riding around the city in something clean you wanna step on in some J's they got them here. Same price you'll find online. Nice store nice staff they will try to plus sale but it's cool usually only stuff relating to your purchase.

Its Saturday 11-21-20 I need to make an exchange I bought some shoes from this store 2 days ago and they are a little to big. The store isn't open like their website and the store hours say. The security guard told me they are supposed to be open with normal mall hours. He even called the point of contact and they didn't answer.....NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!!! Great service from the security guard.

If you go here, be sure Madi and/or Jack is working. Madi and Jack are very helpful and very patient. I've gone in to this location a multitude of times with full intentions to purchase shoes but have come up short each time, for I am a poor and simple man. I have attempted to establish afterpay, however, due to my poorness my phone is not compatible with the advanced technology required. I would definitely recommend this place and I 1000% commend Madi and Jack for their sales abilities and patience.

The store employees were no help. They found 1 shoe in the size we needed, but wouldn't go look for the other. So they said they could order the shoe. They didn't know how to order shoes online. It took way too long, I could have done it faster. Anyway, the shoes arrived and they were the wrong ones. Called the company and they said every shoe was sold out and we couldn't get the ones we wanted. Basketball season has started, and I don't have time to wait for another pair because the store has zero options. We won't be back and I WON'T recommend to anyone.

This store messed up my husband's order twice and then acted like they didnt know what he was talking about. First they sent us someone else's order and then when we finally got the shoes we ended up having to pay shipping twice because they used the same shipping label, which is illegal. Who ever is training these people need to do a better job.

Ok let's talk about the first impression. Clean, professional, and well displayed products. When I'm buying shoes I always look to see if the clerk or clerks are wearing them, which they were! I bought two pairs of Brooks running shoes ( madly inlove with these by the way). They suggested insole to help with flat footed people like myself, and overall they were not pushy about additional sales. The guy was there to help the whole time even as I waited for my fiancee to text me back. In other words I WILL be coming back for my next set of shoes.
