Stood at the pharmacy for almost 10 minutes and the gentlemen working didn’t even acknowledge we were standing there. He saw us when he came out of the bathroom but kept working on whatever he was doing before. Not so much as a I will be right with you or a sorry I will be a minute. Poor customer service when the individual waiting has recently had a stroke and has trouble standing.

Terrible store. Target, to me, has always been a ripoff anyway with higher prices, lower selection, and a misdirected hype that target is so great. This store in particular is the worst. I went there because I was looking for a few basic things and it was the nearest store to me where I assumed I could get the stuff. The shelves are almost completely empty for anything useful, the staff was some of the rudest I've ever encountered from any store, the place was beyond crowded (especially for Wyoming), and the only things I was looking for weren't even carried by the store.

Congratulations target, y’all made me angry enough to write my first review. Only good things I can say is the store is clean and the works are nice. But the workers are lazy ngl. If you find yourself in there electronic entertainment center good luck getting any help.

Very clean and I Love the customer service at the self checkout. The lady was nice and amazing.I wish I knew her name she always pleasant and kind and she normally works at the service desk.Great customers service.

Garbage checkout system. Had Ps5 in stock, but sold it out of my cart during checkout while I was inputting my credit card info. Walmart, Best Buy, etc. all have a better system, they’ll hold the item for in a queue while you input your credit card, shipping address, etc. Nope, not target. They’ll just sel it right out of your cart.

The store was well-stocked an clean. Most times staff did not seem accommodating or friendly to me. At the self-checkouts, staff had taken my cart from me before I was done scanning all my items. Also, one time it appeared that the self-checkout machine shorted me on my change. The assets protection team investigated this and compensated me for any possible losses.

Since I just got done writing a review about another Starbucks in town that isn't particularly friendly, I thought I should come and praise the one that I almost always have good experiences at. Starbucks in the store isn't listed on Google Maps. But I have to give props to those who have operated in here over the past two years. My drinks have always turned out well here, and almost every time, the employee behind the counter is very nice and understanding (and makes the drink well! I've had some photogenic drinks, I admit.) I think this is actually technically just a target that is selling Starbucks food, drinks, and products. It's interesting to me that a target can run a Starbucks better than a Starbucks can run itself alone. I don't have very much to say about the Target store here itself. It's much more comfortable/cleaner to be in then a Walmart is, so I usually go here for home goods/personal items/games, etc. As for groceries, there isn't that much food to choose from, though. Target had a semi-recent renovation, and now the beauty section looks pretty nice! Target employees lately have been really kind. I'm sure it goes up and down in terms of friendliness over time. If I can buy it at target, I usually will. Stay amazing, guys <3

Target is stepping up its game! There’s even a Starbucks now! Customer service has improved and employees are super friendly. They walk you to the item instead of pointing if you can’t find it. I was greeted about 5 times. I needed to grab a gift and another store had it on sale but they were sold out. I went to the electronics area and the item was there but not for that price. I asked the employee if they could match it. He asked his manager if they could match it and they gave me the sale price. Walked around for awhile and I was able to find a lot of my items but some of them they didn’t carry or sold out of. The cashier did seem like they wanted to be somewhere else and didn’t really say anything. Maybe I’ll check myself out next time though probably get better service from a machine.
