Anytime I have to call about my business account I never get through to a banker on the phone. When my other treasurer takes the money into the drive through the line could be short or long but you can guarantee that you're gonna have to wait at least 30 minutes or longer

Not too happy with my experience. People were friendly but who puts a huge withdrawal in a plastic grocery bag? I’m surprised she didn’t just roll up the cash and put a rubber band like you see in the movies. Just felt wrong with a 3” stack shoved in my pocket in a grocery looking bag. Zipper envelope or at the least 6 or 7 envelopes. This isn’t Detroit you know.

Just had a great experience here. Nicholas was very helpful with opening an account, and he and Erin were pleasant and knowledgeable. You will need to set up an appointment on the website before coming to this branch to open an account.

ATM does not count deposits correctly, always shorting the client. This has been reported, they have been working on it daily! Wow, that’s a challenge. Drive thru service is friendly but slow. Get a new ATM.

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. This branch is so unprofessional and the tellers are rude. This is just the beginning of my complaints as I am not going to throw it all on this review as I am reaching out to corporate and filing formal complaints but April 3 the Service Manager Michelle Mickey and Personal Banker Justin Johnson were completely out of line and rude. And then today May 7, Melody was out of line in how she talked to me. Like I was her child and not a customer. I have photos and evidence to back up the complaints and treatment I received at this branch. All of which is being submitted to corporate. This place needs a reality check in how to treat customers. I am currently looking for a new bank as this one is absolutely horrendous in their treatment of customers.

I went in for a job interview here. It went great and I was told I would receive a call or email by the end of the week to get me ready to start the training program to be a bank teller. I went 2 weeks with zero contact from the bank, not even a call to say they had changed their mind and didn't want to hire me. Also I had been attempting to call this branch multiple times per day to see if I could get an update on my job status. In over a week of calling, no one picked up the phone not even once. Stay away from this bank.

Everyone at the E Perishing branch in Cheyenne was so helpful and friendly. Taylor and Hannah especially were magnificent in assisting me and certainly deserve high praise. Even when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a genuine (not fake) welcoming "how can we help you today sir". And it was not only myself who received such a warm welcome, everyone who walked in there received the same welcome. Well done to all at that branch. Made my day.
