Best cell phone store in Cheyenne, Wyoming (WY) 2024

Not much help here compared to the mall, the employees do more but I found out the hard way you’re best off keeping your malfunctioning phone. Did a warranty replacement on my phone following a half dozen or so SIM cards being fried out only to learn TMobile would hold me accountable for the entire value of the phone including the replacement ($1600 total). When contacted TMobile claimed water damage on a water resistant phone that has never seen water. Between the seemingly Ill-trained in-store staff and the off-shore call center with hard as hell to understand accents and inability to understand things being explained to them, leaving this service was hands down the best decision I made in 2022. I don’t have a service suggestion They are all seemingly complete garbage these days. ~Andrew

Staff was super patient and professional and down to earth. Colten Walked Me Through A annoying process to get my phone service active from a “lost” state that I did not do! He was calm and very devoted to getting the task at hand completed for me. I wish I could give the over all experience 6 stars because honestly that’s what it was. Customer service was out of this world which is rare these days! The entire staff checked on me and engaged to help the process! Three thumbs up highly recommended this location. ~Will

We purchased two new I-phones from the Union Wireless store in Rock Springs. Kyla was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She was also efficient and effective in setting up our new phones and helping us get everything functioning. Excellent service, which was greatly appreciated. Kyla is a gem. ~Scott
