Gisselle absolutely refused to help me. I had bought a new phone and just needed to activate it. I had my id, knew the account pin, knew the security question, offered to have the account holder send over info and she kept insisting she would lose her job for activating my phone. Had to go to the other store where I was happily helped and told it was no problem.

Just over a month ago we went there to get new phones and the service was wonderful. Alex helped us and he was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. We moved from the DC area where customer service was non-existent so this was a refreshing change to be treated so well. Keep up the GREAT work!

At first things were fine, was dealing with a competent gentleman (Colton?) on all of my prior sign-up questions and initial phone/watch decision. However, I stopped seeing him around and had to deal with a very irritable General Manager (Gian) who had no patience with his employees, and was seemingly fast on his temper with some customers, eventually including myself. First off, I was misled to their coverage, map said I would have full uninterrupted 5G.. Well.....I hardly get 5G at all where I live, and with full 4G it's comparable to no service at all, won't do anything. Second, he messed a selection up on my account when he started it, and they were trying to bill me for 2 lines, at first he said he understood the problem, then it ended with him trying to convince me I was somehow $300 delinquent on a 2 week old account.....and tried pressuring me to pay it, a later phone call had my billing fixed....whatever bro 😅 I emailed the store corporate (Connecticity Source) and to no surprise at all have heard absolutely nothing in response, don't care to, just going to file a complaint with TMobile directly and inform them that their misleading tactics are why I cannot stay with their service. I pay $120/mo for a phone and watch I can hardly use outside of a phone call when it connects, unless I go anywhere outside town....even BFE. UPDATE: was sold a faulty phone and upon warranty of said phone TMobile surprise charged me for the faulty phone in full. Horrible, Abhorrent business practices.

Staff was super patient and professional and down to earth. Colten Walked Me Through A annoying process to get my phone service active from a “lost” state that I did not do! He was calm and very devoted to getting the task at hand completed for me. I wish I could give the over all experience 6 stars because honestly that’s what it was. Customer service was out of this world which is rare these days! The entire staff checked on me and engaged to help the process! Three thumbs up highly recommended this location.

Went in today 4/5/2022, around 12:30pm, waited for 30 minutes with only one person at the counter in front of me, finally got to me and I told the lady I needed 2 prepaid Sim cards for security cameras, she asked for my phone number, I told her I didn't have a t mobile account, just pre paid accounts, she then insisted she could look it up with the last 4 of my social security number, she pulled up someone's account, clearly not mine seen as t mobile doesn't have my ss number for pre paid accounts, she insisted I had a post paid account, explained to her again that I simply needed 2 pre paid accounts, she then told me she needed one of the phone numbers from one of my other accounts, at this point the guy working there came over and told me they couldn't look up my account without my phone number, gave up and left, went to the other t mobile store in and out in 5 minutes, all set. You should train your employees better, or start with one who cares about their job, this place is pathetic and I will never go there again, save yourself some trouble and just go to the other t mobile store.

A long time sprint customer went in there for a new sim card had too wait 30 minutes was given the run around and the WRONG SIM Card. Had to call tech support for 1 hour WORST Store i have been too

It was pretty good.im 70 years old .the place needed a spot for someone to sit .we were there for 3 and a half hours.service was great.i just think thats a long time to get 2 new phones.it was just like when you go out and buy a car.i guessit is something that takes that long

So I went to this awesome store in the mall and the customer service there was fantastic. The young lady behind the counter, Mari I believe her name was, helped he out in a flash. I’m satisfied with my experience.

The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. They took the time to help me find a phone and plan for my daughter. I've been a sprint customer for years and I can say that they have made all the right changes to provide a much better experience.
