I made reservations online get here and was told a fabricated excuse as to why I was being denied service. Credit Card check Drivers License check. I wonder what other valid credentials are needed to rent a vehicle here. Annoyed to the MAX. Despite being denied service my credit card was still charged. I guess criminals no longer say "give me your money" they now start off saying "may I help you".

I needed a car on the fly for a 1 way trip to the middle of Michigan. Called at 4pm on Monday, talked to Erin, she was AMAZING in helping me secure a car in such little lead time. I showed up at 5:50pm (10min before closing) Left the next morning at 6am and made it up there, dropped off at another Avis and had ZERO problems. I will use this location from now on when in need of a rental car. THANKS ERIN!!!!!

I visited the avis/budget car rental located at greenwod with my brother in law to pick up a rental car, this location is conveniently located at US 31 near Greenwood mall. My first impression of the location is a mixed bag, the office is small and not managed very well, I can see that it has not even been vacuumed in weeks, there are floor rugs lying in a pile right in front of customs service area. We were greeted by the prison in duty but I cold feel no way of customer service, no smile nothing, he helped us getting our car we reserved and we picked and tookoff. I think they can do better and make sure that this store has better appeal.

Pick up and drop off was great! The teller who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything in great detail and had us in and out within 15 minutes in a great vehicle for our trip!

My car was dirty inside and out, there was only one person working and no way to get it cleaned. They were waiting on mote cars to arrive. She tried to lie and say the tank was full but it was on half. Definitely not professional

Booked a one way rental to Chicago Airport. I was provided with a SUV as they didn't have the option I requested for. The car smelt of smoke and was not clean but was drivable, I had to pick the car as I didn't have other options and was running short on time. Now I being charged a cleaning fee of $450 as the car smells of smoke, and guess what, I don't have the habit of smoking. I have reached out to customer care and they claim it is a legit charge, I am going to dispute this as they are charging me with unfair cleaning cost which I am not responsible for. The service was not professional and unfair.

The rental car was filthy...absolutely disgusting. Not vacuumed, not wiped down, food, drinks, and other garbage were left all over the vehicle. I refused the vehicle...and I will NEVER return to this rental company again.
