We needed help yesterday getting into our unit. Dakota took a golf cart to our location to help us out. Just a super nice guy who showed us what we had been doing wrong. He explained how the lock 🔒 assembly worked. He should be commended for his friendliness, attitude and competence.

I had to retrieve an item out of my storage unit and Dakota was so nice to accompany us and helped demonstrated proper door opening and closing/locked. He was so personable and ready to please his customer. He’s a nice young man — a real keeper. Cici was very helpful getting the unit and setting up my account She’s a pleasant young lady. I like that they’re on constant watch and Dakota said these units are very difficult to break into.

I got the storage July 2 I was promised a lock when I got there it wasn’t no lock and I had already move my stuff into the unit. The office is closed all the way to the 6 I have valuable stuff in there so I called the people that booked me with this storage unit can I just find a empty unit that has a lock and they can just tell extra storage they had to move me to a secure unit they told me I couldn’t do that and for me to buy my own lock lol I went to 3 different stores looking for an cyclinder lock that goes inside the latch and nobody sold them so now I feel like I wasted my time and gas and my stuff is not secure so I wouldn’t suggest this storage to anybody unless they are open and you can go in to speak to someone if you have a situation like mine

They were able to get the space that I needed when and where I needed it. Being from out of town they were able to assist me in getting my stuff picked up. And….. when they mistakenly billed me for a month that I didn’t use they reversed the charges immediately. That’s a master class on how you get return business guys!
