First, this is not my "home gym", however I am a frequent "guest" at this location, due to having two or three of my favorite pieces of equipment, and the only anytime fitness near me to have what I need for a complete back workout. There is nothing wrong with the gym itself, good equipment, clean, plenty of space, plenty of equipment (mostly), kettlebell etc. So this review has nothing to do with the gym itself. After reading some of the reviews about management/staff, I could definitely believe them to be true. While, I have had no personal interaction with any of the staff (generally I am in before 6 am), there is definitely a vibe of ego, and "power triping" from the management. This comes across to me through notes left in the gym by management (not directly to me). Every issue is resolved in these notes by a 250 dollar fine, cancelation of membership and full payment still being due. Like i said, I could definitely believe the reviews of the staff being rude, unprofessional, etc, because it does have that vibe. I make it a point to not visit this location more than 2x a week, as I do not want my membership switched to this location, because of the feeling i get from management. My overall review is this: The gym as for the equipment, space, options, availability of equipments etc, is great. Great gym to visit, and get a specific body part workout (like back). However. I would not want to make this my "home gym" primilary due to the vibe given off by management. This review could change if i ever have personal interaction with management, or anybody representing AF Center Grove.

Signed up last October, only did one year of membership. Paying for my girl and me is 70.00 a month. Now after my membership is over they are still charging my account. I have called Jennifer and left messages, contacted them directly on there website with no message back or calls returned. They own me money now. This is gone way out of control. Do not sign up here.

I joined Anytime Fitness because I wanted a gym that was on my way home from work. I did not expect all the benefits that came with a membership, and I am so happy with everything I’ve gained in being a member. The staff is friendly and personable, and they really care about each person that walks in the door. I train with Steffanie, and recently she’s been helping me make a new diet plan to manage some of my health concerns. I truly appreciate the time she takes to help me become the healthiest version of myself! I highly recommend Anytime Fitness.

Owner is very rude and has a power trip ego.. Got into an argument over her covid-19 cleaning policy apparently I'm supposed to do her job for her, regardless I told her that I just patron another anytime and make that one my home gym and I would never come back to this gym and we'd part ways and that would be that. She decides to cancel my membership without letting me know and then still withdrawals a monthly fee but cancels my key fob so I can't use the gym and use what I paid for in the monthly fee essentially stealing my money. I had been a anytime fitness member for over 10 years never had any issues until I decided to start going to this location.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and the fact it’s open 24/7. It’s in Center Grove, right off st rd 135 between Greenwood and Franklin. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the staff/trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they are knowledgeable and understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. They offer some classes that are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations! They have always been safety conscious, and even more so now. A big concern for me during this time. It’s my gym, and I highly recommend it!

The gym is always super clean, regardless of the time of day or the amount of people there, and I workout at varying times during the day. The staff is always very friendly and warm. I feel very welcome there and the other patrons are always considerate. Great atmosphere and great place for a good workout.

Anytime Fitness Center Grove is an exceptional facility. It is extremely clean and sanitary. They are doing a great job of following all government mandates in response to Covid-19. The staff is very friendly and patient with all my questions. Definitely try this gym if you are looking for an awesome place to workout.

I love Anytime Fitness - Center Grove. It’s in a convenient location and the team there is always looking for ways to improve. Personally, my favorite thing about this gym are the fitness classes offered that are included with your membership. There’s a variety of classes to choose from on different days. The staff at this location is always very friendly, and I have been extremely happy with my experience so far.

This gym is pretty nice and clean but it really doesn't have many machines for abs and doesn't have a scale anywhere. I also noticed that most of the machines don't have 5lb increments, which I like to use. Other than that, overall great gym.

The gym is smaller than most Anytime Fitnesses. Above all the owner and the trainers were very rude and unprofessional, in particular the main trainer with purple hair. She accused me of flooding the floor when there was a problem with their drain and threaten me with getting the police involved because I had to share an unisex bathroom because the other bathroom was out of service. Then they continued by leaving a detailed voicemail on my phone telling me they will get the police involve for damages.... what damages? Also if you’re not from that anytime or that area you will feel as if you’re not welcome and will be judge.
