Love looking at all there bras but just wish they keep. Our sizes in stock that are a little larger like 42-44,C-DD cause we have went twice ànd they do not have always out of stock and say we can order online. But I want to make sure they fit before spending that kinda money! An they never ask to put our emails when checking out. And also wish those gals acted like they wanted to help instead of us having to hunt them down.....

i made a purchase of a Plush Long Robe online,later received a e-mail stating the item i not available. so i call customer service spoke to a person by the name of Tonya.she reprocessed my order saying it will arrive by nov 17th.all the while trying to sale me a bra (which i had no interest in purchasing) a few days later, i receive yet another e-mail stating "item is no longer available".i dont understand why at the time i purchased the item, it was showing available on-line and at a discount ? then again when talking to customer care ? but just continues to become unavailable after only a few days of placing the order.needless to say i will never receive this item.and can not understand why i was not aware of this in the first place. i feel like it is a waste of time for me to keep getting the run around on a item i will never get.

Was greeted by a young lady that took my name and instructed me to go to the back of the store for assistance in finding items that I needed help locating. She radiod to her associates to assist me. Four associates passed by me and never offered to help me in finding garments I was looking for and stood around gossiping. I proceeded to leave the store and I will not be returning. I highly recommend the Plainfield store.

Went inside to return an online order. An the unknowledgeable cashier tells me that my refund for my item will be refunded to me in two to three business days. Must I mind u I stood in line waiting on her to get herself together for about 15mins. My receipt says a refund of $0.00. It's been two weeks still no refund. I've never been a fan of Victoria Secret. An from this experience, I never will be. I wish I could give no stars.
