Never carries size bigger than 36dd. Staff was extremely rude about me asking if they carried my size as they are now carrying bigger sizes online 😒. I was happy to see that online but sad they don't accept bigger sizes in store.

After having multiple associates give me 4 different wrong bra sizes little 2 no assistance n regards 4 fitting & sizing 4 bra selections & did little 2 show me other items + made me feel terrible 4 trying items multiple times 2 get my write fit priced r absolutely insane + manager on duty extremely rude when I tried 2 ask a ? 2 know info 4 future about sizing prices & wouldn't disclose her name-the only associate that actually assisted me n sizing (finding my right size & adjusting straps where needed) was sam & I could tell she was frustrated w/her coworkers-this experience makes me never wanna shop here again even tho I love the perfumes! So I’ve been a long time VS shopper and I recently had a baby and I gained a little bit of weight and I decided since I lost a nice amount I wanted to go into VS to get sized and get help , well that wasn’t the case yesterday . I went inside and was first off not greeted and then I seen a lady and asked for her help and when I tell you she looked at me in disgust ( I KID YOU NOT ) , I asked if she can size me and she did it reluctantly . After she was done sizing me she gave me the impression that she did not want to help me and pointed me in the direction of the Body by Victoria bras …… the service at this location has went downhill . I use to be greeted and get sized and they would ask 20 questions and get me a dressing room opened to help me find my perfect bra …. Not the case yesterday … she is a average height Latina and has long black hair and she is just completely disrespectful .

I recently had a breast reduction. I was very excited to try on bras again and a little nervous about finding my new size. I was in the store for 5+ minutes before being approached. Walked into the store and had to search for help. I had no help offered until what I am assuming was a manager approached me. I was treated horrible and talked down to for not knowing my size by a young girl. Then, it was as though she could not get done fast enough and offered no further help. As an owner of a business, I will be taking mine elsewhere. I will not be stepping foot back into this store.

I came in here yesterday when it wasn't busy at all with my sister and mom and not a single employee talked to us at all. Being plus size women, it's scary enough to go into Victoria Secret, so to not be acknowledged at all is hurtful. You never know what different people can wear or who they're shopping for, so everyone should be treated the same. Hope this is not the usual and it was just an off day.

Usually have an average experience at this location, but today was not great. There were about 15-20 employees working but I don’t think any spoke to me (not that they were shy, they were pretty chatty!). One employee did speak to me after I waited for a fitting room for about 5 minutes. The room was dirty (hanger on the hook, pencil and random tags on the floor, and it looked like something had spilled and dried up). All that to say I think I’ll shop elsewhere in the future 😅

My favorite scents are only found here. Prices on most items are definitely not worth it. And there is always a long line to check out. And the line blocks availability to best items. Social distancing especially makes for a tight squeeze.

I am giving 4 stars. This location is a wonderful place to shop! Outstanding customer service and welcoming. It's very clean and organized as well on a customer stand point. However it is much different when you become an employee. I recently applied for a seasonal position. Arrived for my on boarding. It was the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had. Of course I'm much older and not in my teen's or 20s. So I felt very out of place as I felt the managers catered more towards the younger new hires during training and I was just kind of in the background. So I finished out my evening of training and do not plan to ever return.
